Horrible parking, took half hour to exit parking lot. It was a stand still. Need multiple exits. Personnel at gate should have assisted in helping expedite cars out. Almost missed our flight. Won’t be staying at the Luxor anymore.

Overall a good experience, exactly what we expected and good value for money. Food was good, gym was good, location we liked being south of the strip since it was less crowded.

Property was very comfy and quiet, what stood out the most was the staff/security were extremely helpful and accommodating to my injured friend. Rolled them alternate back of house routes to get us to various locations in the property. Can't thank them enough.
Only con was the inability to check out via the website/QR code provided as the link was inactive and unavailable through the app. Thankfully the Desk staff moved through the lines quickly and checked us out with no problem.

Most annoying part was the lifts and getting back to ya room other than that place was clean staff friendly. Other then that convenience stores costly around the area too even for just a bottle of water and it’s on the strip but still 40-60min walk to the centre of the strip but great for the allegations stadium witch was why i stayed there

The room was clean & comfy. Apparently ours was a recently refurbished room in the pyramid, but the bathroom didn’t appear very new, the ceiling painted was flaking. Also there was a big gap in the room furniture where it seemed a fridge should be. We only stayed one night whilst passing through Vegas and found the room perfectly adequate for the price we paid.

Room was average at best. I booked a king room in advance just to be told they only had a double queen. Windows and mirrors were dirty. Room wasn’t vacuumed there were crumbs everywhere. Leg on the night stand was bent inwards. The paint on bathroom ceiling was peeling and appeared to be molded. The sliding glass on shower had a broken handle. The tv was crooked on the wall was maybe 5 inches from being level. I’m not tryin to knit pick but we payed good money for a resort and got the basic kind of room you would get at a motel6. No fridge, coffee pot, or microwave.

The housekeeper was very professional and cleaned my room really well while I was there.
The mini mart had no cashier for 5 minutes and we all just waited in line.
The valet guy was really nice

This place is weird. Theres no maps inside so you kind of just wander aimlessly around until you happen upon an exit. Honestly, The Luxor is just a mall you can sleep-in. If you go there, plan to spend money,obviously, but I mean $22 hotdog money, is that really how you wanna flex? Lose all your money at video roulette and then throat a glizzy that's more expensive that a pack of cigarettes? Couldnt be me.
