Our room was ok, bed was comfortable for a one night stay. The Luxor is my favorite hotel in Las Vegas. But the bathroom really needs some upgrades. The shower made loud thumping noises like someone was knocking and hardly ANY water pressure. It had been a while since we had stayed at the Luxor Hotel but I feel like this hotel is going downhill and I hate to say it, but I feel like if things don’t get done quick and I mean quick it’s going to be another Circus Circus Hotel where there’s gonna be so much work that there won’t be anything you can do to catch up.

First time in the Luxor and it definitley won’t be my last! Great hotel with great amenities walkable to Mandalay Bay and Excalibur too without heading out into the heat.

The step (Door Sliding) going in to the shower is to high and dangerously sharp.
Also I was hit with an additional tax. When you charge please charge or give the correct price at once.
The hotel is not well mantained.

We stayed a night at the Luxor on our way back from a trip to Zion. Upon arrival, parking was easy in their garage, but the lack of facility upkeep in this area was immediately apparent. Nothing that some pressure washing and fresh paint couldn't correct, but would be a welcoming improvement. Checking in via their kiosks was convenient, and offered room upgrade options. The lobby / casino area had less of a cigarette smell than we'd experienced at more expensive hotels, which was a plus. Our room was decent and overall "clean", though more attention to detail i.e. dusting could be improved.
The 1 pool that was open out of their 3 (likely due to area lifeguard / staffing shortages) was crowded, but clean and enjoyable. All the staff we spoke with were friendly and the facility had ample security presence. Overall, the Luxor is an aging resort in need of a refresh, but definitely not a bad place to stay for the price.

Room was very nice walking in, until I walked in bathroom and the toilet was never flushed. Also the elevators were shaking really bad while on the purple side of the Luxor due to the angle it goes up. Overall it was a good stay, but I will request any other side than the purple side.

This has to be the worst hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. The customer service is terrible—rude, nasty, and downright disgusting. The restaurants are overpriced, and the food isn’t worth it. The rooms are old, smell bad, and the beds are some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. They also charge a resort fee that supposedly includes internet access, but it’s shared with the entire hotel, making it painfully slow. The gym is outdated too, with machines that barely even work.

Although the hotel was built in 1993, it’s in a good condition with all necessary amenities.
Rooms are clean, service is good, although very hard to reach/call the front desk from the room. They implement text chat application which is only partially helpful.

The place at the tower is a maze, I can imagine inside the pyramid will be noisy and lack privacy. But how would I know that when the pyramid king room that I BOOKED 2 months in advance was NOT AVAILABLE.
