Booked this property for my birthday vacation with family. My room had a wonderful view of the Sandia mountains. The service was great and somehow everyone welcomed me with birthday wishes. My family kept me busy most of the time so I was only using the hotel to stage my sleep and property. I enjoyed spoiling myself and my family with all the restaurants and shopping plazas. I will be returning and hope to see the same staff.

Very disgruntled front desk man. Refused to give me water unless I promised to leave the front desk. Got upset when I made inquiries about WiFi service. The woman next morning was delightful, very personable and useful

The property was okay no trash bags in trash cans we only had one face cloth and one bath towel the first night. They took the wash cloth that I had brought with me from home. No microwave in room made it difficult for me as I had knee surgery and had to go to the 1st floor to get my food microwave.

We walked in and the place smelled of rotten eggs. They had a tone of air freshener trying to cover the smell. We proceeded to check in and after they charge cards and done that’s when they say oh and the pool is closed. We rented 2 rooms. It was our daughter’s birthday and we stayed there for the pool. I then expressed that and they were not very nice about it but they offered to cancel the rooms free of charge. However they could have called people to let them know before hand but nobody cares. Luckily the Sheraton down the street still had 5 rooms available. I asked about how long the charge would stay and he said a couple hours. It was last Saturday still being charged and Incalled on Monday and she said wait a couple of days . Yet it’s Friday and still Marriott has holds on money. That can be detrimental to people if funds are low.

the one and only reason I booked this stay was to have an indoor pool for grandkids. After we registered, we were informed the pool was closed for maintenance for 5 days.
