Great price. Big room. Hottest shower ive had in years. Good service. The guy at the front desk gave us a bag that said thank you with granola bars and waters. If u need more than this place has to offer get ready to spend twice as much or more. Very happy with our stay. Might stay another night after our cruise.

Right now I'm in transition after selling my house and retiring; I have a new place, but it's 140 miles from work. I am staying at reasonably-priced motels for a couple weeks, and MC PACIFIC has been the best place and best value in the TORRANCE/HAWTHORNE area.

The shower was in really bad shape and it took at least 5 minutes to get water warm enough to shower in. Also, I couldn't turn off the balcony light and the blinds only partially blocked it out. Otherwise, check-in was easy, staff was very friendly, and the location is good.

This was without a doubt the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was dirty, in disrepair, sketchy, and unsafe. The person who checked me in asked me questions that made me feel unsafe, and the room I was in had issues with the lock, both on the front and patio doors. There was cockroaches, the toilet and bathroom was unclean, with the ceiling, shower, tiles, and doors all having cracks. The blinds were broken and you could see directly into my room. As a single female traveler, I feared harm. Avoid at all costs.

Bathroom condition was terrible. No hot shower, the paint on the sink is peeling and it looks dirty, and most of all, the hair dryer was broken and it sounded like it was almost exploding when it turned on. Air conditioning was so noisy.

We travel to Torrance each month and the MC offers an excellent size apartment size suite. It’s a bit on the older side, but it’s clean, large, safe, and quiet. This is a perfect place for a small to mid size family to stay. It is also most cost efficient.

Manager at front desk was kind. Property is dated but nice. Room was fairly clean. Shower had big chunk of hair. Doors close loudly but other than that it was quiet. TV had to be fixed as did the blinds. Coffee maker had a carafe that didnt fit. All in all it was a good value. Would stay again.

It was a great location for everything my family wanted to do. There was a police raid that was really unsettling. The cops came by 2 nights in a row or prior to check the place out. They knew who they were looking for and it was not family friendly after that. Overall we had a great time there and the room price was worth the other experience.

The light in the bedroom was on all the time.... the place is very noisy, we found a spiker in the wall, the place looks like was in very bad shape, and they fixed with very low quality material......

The staff was nice. The room was nice, seemingly clean, however there were multiple live cockroaches in the bathroom, closet, coming from under the bed. I git in late and was too tired from my drive to find another place. In total I saw and killed seven. I look video of live ones and photos and presented it to front office staff. I was offered another room and was told that maintenance would be sent. That never happened. Minus that experience which was a big inconvenience (because i wasn't comfortable keeping any of my things at ground level) the stay was good.

This property was not to my expectations they did once come and empty out the trash nor clean my room for the 4 days we were there. I asked for clean towels and they made me get them at the front desk/ lobby. Poor customer service.
