We rented an executive suite due to having 2 adults and 3 children. It was the perfect size!
Water pressure in the shower was AMAZING!
Loved the blackout shades to keep the light and heat out!
Only complaint was that the ac was running nonstop but never really got cold… it was 112 outside so that was a contributing factor but not something I would hold against mgm.
Pools were awesome too! Kids and adults loved them!

The property itself is good for Vegas, however given the amount of people and paying extra fees for amenities like the pools, there are so many people using the pool you can never get a chair, tanning bed unless you rush right when it opens…lazy river is back to back people like can of sardines.

My stay at MGM Grand was a mix of good and frustrating. The room itself was spacious and very clean, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job — definitely one of the highlights of the experience. The hotel is also in a prime location on the Strip, and there’s plenty to do on-site, from restaurants to nightlife to the casino.
Unfortunately, the experience was dragged down by some service issues. When I first arrived, I had trouble getting into my room — the digital key didn’t work, and I had to go all the way back to the lobby and wait in line to get a physical key card. Not a huge deal on its own, but definitely frustrating after a long day of travel.
What really disappointed me, though, was the lack of follow-up. A staff member initially said they’d get back to me regarding an issue I brought up — but no one ever followed through. For a hotel of this size and reputation, that kind of service gap is surprising.
Overall, it was a decent stay in a generally solid property, but don’t expect top-tier service or consistent communication from staff. You’ll enjoy the space, the location, and the amenities — just don’t count on the hospitality being as dialed in as you’d hope.

Love the vibes and cleanliness as well as location. Did NOT like check in/out. Terrible how few people a place like mgm have working. Also near impossible to speak with anyone. Terrible customer service by (mai or mei). At front desk first day. Given wrong info about getting checked in when we got there early. Called down to ask a question and was rudely spoken to and hung up on. Ive stayed at mgm multiple times since 2017, this may have been my last just due to the crap customer service. It was horrible.

Us and our friends in a separate room had zero water pressure from the shower, the staff claimed they fixed it for us when we went downstairs but they never did. I understand it is Vegas and it can be loud, but listening to the cleaning staff slam doors and wheel their cart down the halls between 12-2am was slightly annoying.
