Friendly Staff, Awesome room! See you'll next time!!!!

Quite super clean despite remodeling and change of ownership. Very safe feeling. Abundance of eating establishments within a 1/2 mile!

*NOTE: This place is in transition to become a La Quinta. Stay overall was nice. Only negative was the shampoo supplied by the hotel already had the seal broken. Everything else was very nice. Would repeat.

The stay @ the motel was truly exceptional. Although they are going through major renovation, the work was mostly behind the scene. The room that We had was entirely new. Very nicely done and immaculately clean. Large rooms and amenities were readily available. Staff and service workers were very friendly and helpful. Would absolutely use the motel again and recommend highly.

The toilet didn't work. I asked for it to be repaired. It wasn't. I asked again in the evening. No one was there to help, they gave me a plunger but that didn't help.

Not only was every bit of the customer service complete nonsense, and trash, our first night there we had to ask for someone to clean our room during the day and it wasn’t even cleaned properly. On top of that the whole hotel reeked of marijuana the second night that we were there we had to again come back later in the afternoon and have a dirty hotel room, I have a disabled husband and a 15 month old baby! and had to ask again for the room to be clean only for it not to be done properly, not have any of the amenities basic necessities. I should say, replenished soap, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper. The shower wasn’t even cleaned because there was a cup that I had left in there the night previous! We are polite people we make things tidy and easy for them to clean up, we have worked in hospitality all of our lives, and this was absolute nonsense, the owner or manager said he was the highest one up other than God himself, and those are word for word what he said verbatim I would give this a 10 out of 10 of not to stay there ever I have a video, but I can only upload pictures and that’s a crying, shame

No coffee available in room. Breakfast was very limited, no decaf first day, no coffee at all by 9:30 am second day. Staff blamed it on renovations being done, which made no sense. Bathroom had very little counter space

My room was just renovated and everything was very nice and clean

The hotel is under renovation and when I called the gentleman on the phone said they weren’t. So that made me a little worried. The room itself was nice but no ice machine was in the hotel. No public bathroom downstairs. They just need to be honest with customers about the renovations.

Great room, far enough away from Woodruff rd to not hear the traffic. Close enough to get where you need to be. Clean & comfortable room, will book again when im in the area.

The hotel is not ready to receive customers, at least not for that price. The hotel it's going through construction and remodelation. It was very unprofessional for your website not to disclose this to us. They were also putting La Quinta hotel sign on my wall. I got pictures and videoto proove it. I had driven 18 hours to get here and sleep. When I got there it was so noisy. I could not even bear to be in the hotel. The drill noise was very loud on my wall where the bed was. On the four floor. I was offer a refund. However, it would had been more expensive to get a hotel on the spot. I am so disappointed for you to not disclose this with me and other of your customer's. If nothing is done, do not expect me to use your site again.

Room was nice. But due to renovations it was very loud and wasn’t able to relax on our trip. When brought up to the front desk they said nothing but sorry about that.

Okay room for the price but the toilet ran ALL night

Nothing special about this place. Room service is horrible management is not worth a dime. The rooms were never cleaned the week. We were there and their responses. We have to check the cameras cause we don’t believe you. I came down every day to grab toilet paper towels because they never came to my room, but they said they have to check because they don’t believe me management is horrible. I will close with damage in the washer and all they could say is the responsibility of the guest to use the washing machine properly nowhere it says that it’s your responsibility to maintain the washer for that company. Midtown suites is not a place I would recommend even for a place to keep my dog. They weren’t even that busy construction on the first two floors third and fourth floor availability only and to boot I’m disabled and I had to come down every day myself to pick up the items that we needed in the room. We spoke to the manager and he says there’s nothing he can do about the loss of clothes there’s nothing they can do. This has been the worst trip ever. Then it’s not even mentioned that the construction is going on the hotel looks like crap.

Remodeling has been going on for about a year but when it's completed it will be a fantastic hotel to stay at!!! Awesome room decor...comfortable bed and really modern bathroom. Will stay here again.

Love the renovations thy they have done. This property has been my go to for the last 6 months of working in Greenville. Some of the friendliest people I have met. They recently added music to the entrance & it definitely creative positive vibes.

I never actually got to stay here. I pulled up and the parking lot maybe had 5 cars in, with a bunch of construction going on. I walked in, no one to be seen. I waited a couple minutes thinking maybe they were on break. I eventually knocked on the counter, yelling hello and still no one was around. I waited another few minutes and still no one. It’s clear they’re doing renovations, which I’m fine with staying at a place during those times. I just would’ve liked an email or some sort of notification saying what’s going on and if check in might be a little different. I left to go get food and charge my phone. Tried calling and no answer. I ended up just going to another hotel, which was very costly so I’m extremely disappointed with this. It was too late to cancel on the app so I’m out the $150 spent on this place plus the new hotel price.
