Motel 6 Buena Park, CA - Knotts Berry Farm - Disneyland

No microwave in the room or in the main lobby. It’s basically this accommodation only for sleeping and showering.

Room worked for just coming into sleep at night. Barely any outlets in the room, bathroom lights flickered and the shower head was coming out of the wall. If you're any taller than 5 foot, the shower head probably won't reach your head 😂. The beds were not that comfortable and the rolm

The evening staff when I checked in were great! Super friendly and funny. Very welcoming and hospitable.

We were put in a handicap room which is fine but it was right next to the office on the first floor next to a stairway as well. It was so loud all the time and humid in the room. Very tight space! I asked housekeeping for clean towels once in a 3 days stay and she was a little confrontational about it because I didn’t return my dirty ones yet so I went n got them and walked them down to her in the laundry room before she would give me clean ones. Dog feces EVERYWHERE! Pet friendly which I like as my dog travels with me but nobody cleans up after their pet. They charge 20 dollars if u ask to switch rooms. I only wanted to switch because of the noise being right next to the office and under a stairwell. The room was clean. The bed was bowed so it was like sleeping in a bowl lol not at all comfortable..I always stay with motel 6 as we travel the nation working and this one caught me off guard a little as we have never had an issue. Super good water pressure which I loved. Very very busy hotel every day of the week!!

I have so much to say about this motel , I absolutely was disappointed, but it was a last minute trip, never again beds were horrible shower was disgusting had to biy some bath mats just to get by. ! When you book make sure its a premium room , apparently these are remodeled and the deluxe rooms on the second floor and 1st floor are crazy outdated rooms 😳

The door lock was damaged and did not feel safe. Shower had water pouring down from the room above on the second floor. Shown to the manager and she said that there was nothing wrong with it. Water poured through the light inside the shower.Couldn’t wait to leave the place. The maid was rude and never came back with clean towels.

Great for sleeping at night, multiple dining options close by.

I come here VERY VERY often and NEVER EVER complain but after the past 2 weeks and the same employee being rude to myself as well as my spouse, I think it's time. Tammy is rude, hung up on me twice last week and just has a nasty attitude. I stayed in a room for 4 days with the smell of cigarettes because I didn't even want to deal with her nasty attitude. Never have any issues with any of the other staff and I'm there basically every week. Let's just hire people who would like to be there and the environment would be better.

Good location as far as places to eat literally within steps of Hotel parking lot. Good front desk as I’ve stayed about 3 times now and they have always been nice and helpful. My only complaint and I guess it’s a big one as it’s where you are gonna spend most of your time is they need to update their mattresses big time.

Employee at check in was unfriendly, room smelt like ammonia and was gross, vibe is rough like bad deeds go on there, bathroom is nasty, overall avoid. It is right next to freeway so super loud and not what is pictured online. We lost the money we paid and immediately rebooked at the Hampton inn. They gave us a deal when they leaned that we switched and lost the money for this hotel.

Check-in staff was great! However, they took out the microwave and i get up early and i wanted hot water so i could make instant coffee and the overnight staff guy refused to give me hot water. I don't why he wouldn't do it. Other staff members at other Motel 6 locations have done it, even this one before.

My check in was great. No chair in my room. Had to use the luggage rack chair thing to sit on. No microwave and the overnight clerk was rude. He wouldn't give me a cup with hot water so I could make instant coffee (it was too early for the motels complimentary coffee). Other Motel 6's have always given me hot water. I'm a little angry about this.

The room smelled the floors were dirty. We asked for maid service and took two days for a one week stay for someone to come in and clean. The bathroom was dirty not a good experience.

The toilet was leaking. Shower head was shoulder length. The pool was out of service to put it lightly. The noise was unbearable. Constant yelling, banging on walls, and screaming from neighbors. Lady who checked us in at night had a horrible attitude and was very aggressive for no reason. Would not recommend this motel to anyone. Would recommend a park bench or hostel instead.
