Motel 6 Childress, TX

Right when I walked in bugs crawling over the curtains and all over the floor around the room/bathroom. Ended up killing them all I should've just got another room but I was exhausted from a long drive!

It was clean, fresh linens. Very noisy, close to a busy highway.

Honestly it's a very beautiful room they offer! It's pretty expensive though! That's 84 per night. I think customer server wasn't so good when I booked to stay for a good extra nights. Coffee in the lobby is so absolutely gross.

The room was clean, motel so closeto the road traffic noise was bad all night

The check in was fine. It was when we went to go to the room the issues started. There was a drug deal going on in the parking lot in front of the motel door. The room had a musty smell we could not get rid of. Was going to stay for a few hours to get some rest, up on getting into the bed we noticed the bed cover was dirty and had cigarette burn holes. The worst part was the hair in the bed that was not ours. We stayed for about an hour. After we found hair in the shower and the bed, we packed up and left. In the bathroom ceiling there must have been some kind of leak or something. There was paper stuffed in the hole. Wish i could have my money back. Wish i would not have wasted my money.

Rooms were clean.

check in was a breeze, the room was clean, had some updates and included a little table which was quite useful

For an inexpensive motel, it was a nice room

Perfect for an overnight stay, the cost was reasonable, the staff was courteous and professional.

This motel is one of the noisiest places I have ever stayed. It is adjacent to the major highway and I heard big trucks all night long

It was nice and convenient and pet friendly But the ac was really loud and louder than the highway traffic. I was too tired to have it bother me though.

One small bar of soap the size of two fifty cent pieces. No shampoo No hand lotion No hair dryer. No Kleenex Extremely noisy HVAC Bathroom door only closed when pulled shut by 200 lb. man. Door trim on bath door was rotting in place. Poor lighting

This was a terrible choice of hotels. Everything was dirty, the air conditioner did not work at all, was very noisy, and I was put in a smoking room, even though my profile says non-smoking. The hotel said there was nothing they could do to move the room to a non-smoking room when requested. One of the worst days of my life.

Highway traffic was load.

Property was very clean, bed was comfortable, room was large and mini fridge and microwave were a plus!

Very noisy, no where to sit besides the bed, badly needs renovation. No coffee in the room and no breakfast. High price for what you get.

On the website it listed having a in ground pool but it doesn't now it has been filled in and has plants . Also listed free breakfast, when we arrived to the hotel no setup for breakfast. No coffee maker in the rooms . Also the pillow cases had dirty stains , also no towel hooks in the bathroom .
