Unfortunately, the property is poorly managed, I Ben at this place before but now I will switch for a better place

I was bitten by a lot of bedbugs in large area around hands, feet and beds. Have to see doctors immediately to get treatment.

Dirty - windows were full of black mold

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to cleanliness issues. The hallway had a very unpleasant odor, and our room’s floor was dirty, with sticky spots resembling dried glue. Although the beds were made, we found hair between the sheets, which raised concerns about the hygiene standards.

It’s ok place to stay in between road trip.

This place was dirty, hallway stinks, towels were stained, I have nothing good at all to say about this place.

First off the parking lot was littered with trash and beer bottles. The room was discusting. There was poop or puke on the floor. Something was wiped on the walls. The rooms smelled like weed. The floors were sticky. When I went to the front desk to tell him about how dirty it was he told me he could have the cleaners come clean it again. When they came to clean it they just dumped cleaning solution on the floor and wiped it up with a dust mop. After explaining to the front desk that we were not satisfied with the room he told me if I wanted a cleaner room I should pay more… I was paying 177 a night… I do not recommend staying there.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. I was late in booking a room for the Berkshire conference, and this was all that was available. The room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke and there was significant noise from other guests and the highway all night. I additionally saw what looked like a prostitute and her clientele checking in at 6:15am. After having a terrible sleep, I told the front desk that I wanted to check out immediately and asked that I not be charged for the second night I booked. The front desk manager agreed to this, but hotels.com has informed me that the hotel subsequently changed their mind. Do not stay here.

Door secure lock broken. Refrigerator in room not working and promised replacement did not occur. Food kept in office for 3 days.

Easy in and out of interstate

Several transient people hanging around the area. Our room was supposed to have a fridge and microwave. It had neither, although there was a place for them. A lamp with outlet didn’t work. Needs some work, to have the ratings it shows. Disappointed.

Over all poor condition

Police Worthy with desk clerk incident. Booked and prepaid. Got the room key from the front desk clerk. Dragged all my stuff up only to see there was no bedframe, the mattress leaned up against the wall and, what looked like used bedding thrown somewhere nearby. Dragged my stuff back down to the front desk. The clerk was outside and came back in when he saw me. While I was waiting I took a photo of something in the lobby. I told him about the room and that I obviously needed to get a different room. He demanded that i delete the photo that he had seen me take.. Told me I had no permission to take the photo. I told him I need another room. He absolutely refused until Idelete the photo and demaned I show him that I had. I will be contacting Motel 6 regarding this incident so opting to not go into further detail.

Had to change rooms three times within one hour. Dogs were barking most of the night.

Absolutely rude staff doors a old they squeak vending machines charge 4x the amount it should have and front desk has no idea who owns them

Hotel was cheap. Just needed a place to sleep. Comfortable bed and clean. No fridge or microwave in room. Ice maker didn't work. Had a couple of big dogs on the same floor that barked all night long.

The room itself was better than I expected honestly. It really wasn’t bad, especially for the price that I booked. However, the floor on one side of the bed was sticky. Early in the morning, I hear a woman making loud noises which sounded to me like a person strung out on drugs right outside of my window… Again, for the price the rooms are very decent and the staff was as normal.

Do not expect personal friendly service. Do not expect a warm inviting decor. Do not expect library level peace when you’re trying to sleep.

Front desk was real bad attitude. Discrimination deaf. No closed caption on tv. Dont work plugs. No microwave and no fridge.
