Had problems checking in and had to clean bathroom

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. Within minutes of settling in, I noticed bugs—and not just one. We’re talking multiple creepy crawlers that had clearly been making themselves at home. I immediately contacted the front desk, nothing was done to resolve the issue. I ended up sleeping with the lights on and left as early as I could. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, especially in a hotel. Until they get pest control involved and take cleanliness seriously, I won’t be returning—and I don’t recommend you stay here either.

Dirty nasty unclean

I did not like that the bed frame had a charging station but was not plugged in or had an outlet to charge my phone near. Next, I did not like that the smoke alarm kept beep really loud.

Very clean and nice property.

I had been staying at Motel 6 Port Allen since April. In this time stayed in 3 different rooms the last room being the worst of them all! The tub was cracked, bathroom ceiling was moldy and the television had a green line down the center. I paid daily at a rate ranging from $54-70 per day. Most days I was late paying but, of course I did pay. The housekeepers did the best they could with what they had to work with towels and sheets less than acceptable so, I washed them myself but, was told by management I had to accept service. Most of the people in the office were very polite and understanding of the situation. However; the General Manager had a rude disposition so, I left. The room had started to smell of mold very strongly and as I have a young child I could no longer deal with the situation. I cleaned the room and left it cleaner than when I checked into it. I understand it’s a business and they have a policy however; I paid as previously stated daily worked delivery service every morning to pay. I’m supposed to be understanding about the condition the room was in….

Everything was amazing

Rainwater leak into the room over half the day. I asked front office personnel to reimburse my car and they wouldn’t do it.

The sink did not drain. The shower was disgusting, there was a tenet that had a gun, the pool was cemented over. The place was just dirty, cigarette burns and stained sheets. I informed the front desk of all of these issues and they couldn't care less. I would never stay there again.

In all My life. I have never stayed in such filth as I have now. Word can not even explain what we had experienced. We had to wear shower shoes in the shower. we didn't even wont to see our Ass on that nasty toilet. The shower had a hole wear the diverted valve come our the wall. The bath tub/ shower had cigarettes burns all over it. The walls are filty along with the door. There was fries under the ac, where they barely cleaned. The curtain over the AC was coming down and I have pictures that I will post. This hotel isn't even suitable for the homeless. we actually got a room at motel 6 up the street and came back monday to check out. rating 1/10..

It was really nice and affordable & comfortable I will be staying there again.

To lose your child’s favorite blanket by leaving it in the room when packing up. Nobody knows where it went, housekeepers are allowed in your room without your permission. UNACCEPTABLE ❗️the lies & all. When I pay for my room I’m a little late. To be told to make sure it’s paid on time when I have to go make the money the same morning is crazy when they get paid either way. It was ok the first couple days. Everyone was so nice. Seems like if you stay longer they get irritated with you.

Love port allens motel 6, quiet, and convenient and lots of things around to do, i alleays get plenty of rest and relaxation and the best service at motel 6

I stayed in Hotel, Motel, Airbnb at least for 1000 nights before, this motel 6 particular is so terrible, the worst night in my life, everything is so outdated, bedsheet was dirty can see foot prints

They had no microwave no mini refrigerator. The little thin holy, stained up dirty stinking sheet blanket and the bottom sheet and top sheet were all dirty stain and nasty. I had to hand wash my pillowcases because their facilities were. They did not have any extra linens. No air conditioner filter very dirty wouldn't work correctly. The floor was extremely nasty and dirty. Toilet dirty no toilet paper The bed was uncomfortable and the state was very horrible and my TV was cracked and broken remote did not work no hot water.
