Motel 6 Tucker, GA - Atlanta Northeast

Great service

I stay at this particular location a few times a year or so ago and had a couple of encounters with front office employees that

I was checked into someone else room. The second room wasn't so clean and the the toilet kept stopping up

Was given a room that was already occupied. Looked like someone was living there for a while. Imagine someone opening your room door in the middle of the night. The hotel looked like an old Red Roof that someone slapped some paint on. Why Expedia is selling rooms in this nasty hole doesn't say much for them. Or does it?

Avoid unless you are desperate or only looking for somewhere to conduct illegal or nefarious activities. Whole property smelled like weed, staff was disinterested, beds were worn out and uncomfortable, lots of folks walking around being noisy. Room was gross.

My wife and I have stayed here a few times while traveling they are very accommodating.

It was Quiet at Night, but the Front desk Service? Was terrible.

The rooms are not safely maintain. The doors arent secure and the bathroom tubs are rusted. Its is inexpensive but I didnt feel safe staying throughout the night. I left earlier.

The service was very, very bad! The hotel manager demanded I pay more money! I was locked out of the room! The manager threaten me! I had to call the police and made a police report. There was no wifi. I demand that my money be returned because I was not allowed to stay for the three days I reserved the room.

The hotel was well lite on the outside. That is the ONLY positive remark I can give on this property. The room was incredibly dirty, floors, walls, bathroom. There was no soap in the room, the toilet did not flush, there was no heat in the room. The room smelled badly. We checked in to the hotel at the front desk, did not go to the room; instead, we went down the street to get some food for a late dinner; upon returning to the hotel we entered the room and were shocked at how dirty and in disrepair the room was in. There was not even a door handle on the dirty bathroom door. The tub had the enamel worn off; the bathroom wall next to the tub was literally "black" dirty. There is NO way that we would even consider taking our shoes off in the room or even ly on the bed. We will NOT ever return to a Motel 6 and will recommend to our family and friends to not do so as well. We were informed by the front desk they would not refund our money as it was about an hour from the time we checked in at the front desk until we returned and found the poor/unsanitary condition of the room; therefore we paid for a night we did not use. This is beyond unsatisfactory.
