Typical Motel 6 They left the light on for me

The staff member working the night shift was awesome. The room was dirty and there looked to be blood on some spots of the walls. Whoever was in the room above was walking around literally all night. I know that isn’t the property or staffs fault, but that sucked. Didn’t get much sleep.

The staff was kind and friendly. Rooms were a little old but clean

Stay was fine. Room was a bit dirty on the floors. Had sand on the floor. When room service was called they took care of it.

It was fine, surprised there was no mini fridge or microwave and no mini bottles of body wash and shampoo, but wasn't a big deal. The bad part was getting into bed and seeing what looked to be fresh bloodstains on the sheets. Gross.

To noisy and only one bar of soap for two people.

Missing towels. No waste basket. Floor dirty/not sweep for awhile-hairs/dirts. Bed mattress thin-can feel the bed spring. Old pillows, either flat/lumpy. Ice machine-out of order/never fixed or used.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and overall the place isn’t too bad. Cleanliness needs a much needed improvement.

Staff is super helpful, friendly, snd understanding. The dogs love the environment. Quiet area in watsonville not too far of a drive to the beach. Good price.

Needs To Be Renovated. Pool was dirty.

Let’s just say it’s a place to lay your head when you need for just a night. Rooms are extremely small. Floor lifting. Paint is bad. Bathroom smelled like mold. Full of illegals

This place is disgusting. Ruined my whole trip. Left a day early. Floors were dirty. Phone was dirty. Fan in bathroom was filthy. Beds cave in and slide around on the bed stand. Ladies at front desk weren’t friendly at all. The guy at the front desk in the night time was nice.

One of the worst motel 6s I have ever stayed in but they do have a large parking lot wich is needed when you have a huge truck and trailer but other than that I felt like I had to sleep with one eye open beds where not that good and there wasn’t even a light in the ceiling when we walked in so we had to make are way to the bathroom or the lights over the bed to see

Quick and easy check in, room was basic and did the job. Bed was comfortable. Lots of dining options nearby.

There was cockroaches, and smelled like pee

I had an awful experience at this Motel 6. I was booked for a 3-night stay but could only tolerate one night due to bed bugs. I couldn’t sleep at all — I kept getting bitten and even took pictures as proof. The next morning, I went to the front desk and showed them the photos. Instead of addressing the issue, they told me to contact Expedia. I’ve been trying to get a refund ever since and still haven’t received it. This was a completely unacceptable experience. Between the bed bugs, lack of sleep, and zero accountability from the staff, I would never stay here again. I hope management takes these concerns seriously — no guest should have to go through this.
