Hotel is dated and needs upgrades. The non smoking rooms still smelled like smoke. Also toilet in my room was broken on my last night there. Waited for maintenance who never showed up. Problems checking in. Would not stay there again

Paid for a medium upgrade room and it was very OLD. Room was located 7 hallways from the elevator. Key card didn't work twice with prepaid parking. Once with the elevator. Machines on the casino floor was dirty. Dirty ashtrays and old drinks on machine.

Our room smelled pretty weird when we arrived and the table was super sticky and dirty, the bathroom was gross and not clean, and the carpet felt unvacuumed. Other than that the staff and food were amazing!

Most disappointing to be hit with a Resort Fee on arrival. Most unexpected - expected Expedia fee to be our expense for the night’s accommodation. More wary now to check more before hitting book this room.

Great Value for a Big Casino experience.
Hotel - Clean and Accessible. No Water or Coffee Makers though which is a bit of a drag. Great if you’re coming in for events at T Mobile arena. Learn the digital check in/out processes. It’ll make your life a lot easier.
Gaming - It’s all at your fingertips. Easy walk to other properties as well.
Staff - Very friendly but can be difficult to access. The lobby is an absolute zoo during peak periods. Especially checkout.
Other - Great food options. Just be ready to pay for them.
Would I Go Again?
Hotel - At the right price.
Gaming - I’d go across to the MGM.
