The front deak clerk was very disreapectful. The room was dirty and smelled like a dog. The toiler seat wasnt clean or the shower. Only thing good was the tv and heat worked.

Where to start the room was dirty, poop stains in the shower. Mold in the fridge, and the heating and air conditiog unit. Theres was stains on the comforter and the floor was dirty. Breakfast that was offered was a complete joke....

Sheets had holes and stains. No blankets, thin sheets and bed cover rooms cold. Pillows small uncomfortable. Refrigerator unclean, bathroom unclean. Floors and carpets unclean Not enough towels , no bathroom floor mat. Breakfast was a container of limited to box of cereal, and pastries in plastics. Nothing fresh. Juice dispenser was broken. Overall an unsavory place, would not recommend for families with kids. Very disappointed.

Night desk attendant was rude. We had 1 towel and 1 pillow in our room. When I asked him for more he argued that I didn't need them. I just needed a towel and a pillow since we were 2 guests. The whole place smells of mildew, stale cigarette smoke, and weed. Elevators are broken. Burn marks all over the bed, floor, furniture, and bathroom. Bleach stains all over carpet. Smoke alarms ripped out of ceilings. Plaster falling out of ceiling/big holes. Old food on floor and against the wall. Continental breakfast is 1 cereal and milk or juice. Cheap and the doors lock. You get what you pay for.

One of the two worst hotels I’ve ever been in. The picture of the “Front Desk” that’s attached, isn’t there. It’s from some other hotel some place else. The place has odors in the hallways and the odor depends on where and what hallway. The elevator has apparently been out of order for weeks based on other reviews. They charge $50 for early check in and require a $100 damage deposit. Little things, like the mirror over the sink was covered in smears. I cleaned it. It left a yellowish residue on the one washcloth provided. The single cup coffee maker had water in the reservoir already and something floating in the water. I wasn’t going to use it after that but further examination showed the cup for the coffee packet was missing. King size bed had three standard size pillows doubled over on themselves and stuffed into pillowcases folded to look like decoration pillows for a couch. I’m in Milwaukee 2-3 times a year. Headless to say, I’m not coming back to this hotel.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here. I walked in and literally walked right back out the room smell like nothing but cigarettes the pillows looked at brought up on the bed. The tub was black. Those rooms are not appropriate to be written out. They should shut the place down, remodeled it or something.

This was a horrible stay TV. Didn't work? They wanted you me to move. But i'd spent an hour trying to clean up the room. So I didn't get sick from it. Then they tried to tell me that I'm gonna oh, if I took any of the food out from the breakfast. So we'll see if they try to build me for that as well. The TV was broke through remote was broke. The tub stopped out twice and sodiumed the kitchen sink it was a horrible stay

I only did one star because I had to in order to get to this page. There’s no appropriate word to describe how repulsive this motel truly was! From the god awful smells, to the dirty floors, the stained and ripped sheets, the frozen roaches in the freezer, the moldy and stained shower curtain, the dirty and stained bathtub, the door slamming and constant noise, the WiFi not working, the counters dirty, the microwave dirty, I could go on but I’m sure you get the point! Even got offered a different room and it was WORSE!

This place is not just bad - it's terrible. The room was filthy - bathroom tub black with grime and the floor dirty; there was moldy food in the fridge and an inch of ice in the freezer, and the room had a musty smell. While the whole hotel is non-smoking, the halls had an odor of stale smoke; and the lobby had chairs whose arms were black with grime. We refused to stay there and asked for our money back, which was refunded after meeting with the manager who did not even apologize for the filthiness. If only the images and reviews accurately reflect the state of this hotel. I recommend asking to see the hotel room before giving up any monies since it is difficult to get refunds.

Probably the worse hotel I have ever seen. Manager was rude upon arrival first thing he said was “I need 5 minutes” made us wait 30 minutes to check in. Got wrong rooms with one bed, and they were so nasty, not clean, stains all over and smelled like smoke in all areas. We took the loss of money and stayed elsewhere it was so bad. They also never mentioned the $100 deposit at booking but made us do it in person for each room! This place needs to be turned into the health department.

The bathroom needed serious work, it was really crappy to see tub scum, mold/mildew, patchwork on the wall and circuitry of the bathroom light.
There was other disrepair elsewhere in the hotel and it was super off putting.
