Palm Bliss Hotel is a great place to stay it's atmosphere is friendly ,comfortable the breakfast was great and the pool is nice everything was clean and staff was helpful and prompt when contacted for anything I will definitely stay here again

Rooms were clean, but multiple outlets didn’t work. Key card didn’t work every time we left the room had to go to lobby multiple times to get it fixed. AC doesn’t really blow the coldest and being down south in corpus you need the ac.

Our stay was ok we paid $12.00 more for a room that has a microwave and fridge. Tv didn’t work well had to be constantly moving the wire in the back for it to work, toilet was dirty, room card didn’t work had to go to office to get a new one, ice machines were broken, some furniture was dusty.

It’s 12:15 Saturday morning and the gave us a room with some kind of pest that caused us to itch I don’t think it was bedbugs but dang they itched, we ask for another room and they charged us a extra charge that I don’t think it was right. This hotel caters to some weird and sleazy people in my opinion. I work for many hotel owners like the pastels and the rays family and I’ve never been in a hotel as dirty and sleazy as this one. Even the hotels on north beach are way cleaner and more sanitized than this one. And also the tub was dirty and we found roaches in the bathroom. I know now why La Quinta took their name off this hotel because this hotel is just awful. My daughter and her husband were in room 311 and have two children and they found bedbugs in their mattress. Now I believe that’s what we had in our room so now we are finding another hotel because they refuse to move us without us paying an extra charge lol. I just hope anyone reading this takes all the negative post to heart because it’s actually the truth what people post on here good nightmares lol.
And the manager always respond that they take complaints seriously and will look into it but all they do is laugh at the complaints. but like I said I do work for many hotels in San Antonio and many hotel owners from India take pride in their hotels, but then you have owners like these that actually don’t care at all about their hotels and that’s why hotel chains remove their names from their properties this use to be

Hotel below the lowest of standards. AC not properly functioning. Technician took out and replaced-same result. Cool air NOT COLD AIR. Pillows looked like someone slept on them before I did. No phone or refrigerator provided. Technician said only rooms that face the street have refrigerators. Sink clogged very slow drain. Shower head heavy w calcium sprays in different directions. You can tell maintenance isn’t at the top of their list. Gap at bottom of door allow any size critter coulg come in. While trying to get things resolved w management you could hear others complain about sinks and toilets not working. What a way to spend a birthday here. If tidiness is not a problem then please stay. But if it’s not turn the cheek and look elsewhere because you’re sure to be disappointed. I’D be more than happy to take a lie detector test. STAW AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The place was not at all like what was advertised. First off from the outside the pool
Was dirty. Inside the ceiling was falling the hair dryer didn’t work. The lights were not all on. It was missing blankets towels and no one ever came to get the dirty towels or give clean ones I had to get them myself. The so called continental breakfast was stale wheat bread and wheat bagels. Spray on butter at that. We had to bag our garbage because no one came to empty it. They were charging $250
If you brought sand in which it wouldn’t have made a difference. The floor was even vacuumed to begin in. Will not be staying there again

This property was terrible. When we got there my daughter saw a mouse. When we got into the room there was a hole and a vent that was not covered. There was a lot of roaches everywhere crawling by the fridge, draws, walls, on the headboard of the bed and in the shower there was bugs. It was a horrible experience we got there and left right away. We asked for a refund and I was told that we needed to contact Expedia. So now we are waiting for a response for that. It was not in our agreement that there would have been rodents or roaches.

I should have read the review more. The online pictures are so deceiving. This place was disgusting, smelled so bad of cigarettes and mold smell. Although we were in a non smoking room. Toilet wasn't stable. Would rock when sitting on it. My 5yr old almost fell and got scared because the toilet moved. The sheets were stained. There was so much noise at night. Idk how anyone could sleep. The room next to ours sounded like they were moving furniture all night. Seemed more like an extended stay and people that were on drugs everywhere. Didn’t feel safe once we got back there after the sun went down. Will never stay there again.

Check in was not until 4pm. They said i could of checked in at 1pm had i booked directly with them and not with expedia. Would not provide me with a receipt due to booking with expedia.They charge more to be on 2nd/1st floor. A/C was loud and barely cooled. Room smelled, toilet and bath tub clogged up. Only 1 light fixture worked, was really dim. Comforters were stained and there was sand in the beds. They Did not come and clean the room once during our stay. Smallest trash can present too, only provided with 2 towels for 4 people. They smelled and had stains, not sure if they were actually clean. $50 holding fee for sand in the room is ridiculous. Its a beach city. We couldn't use the pool, it was green and sitting area was dirty. At Check out, i was greeted with a written out paper at front desk, to leave key card on counter. Nobody at counter. I Highly do not recommend this hotel.

Not worth anything I oaid.. it spelled like mildow, walls were filthy, the sink was stopped up and when we used the plunger black stuff came up. No phone in the room to call and complain
