I really enjoyed my stay. This is my second time in Vegas and a far surpasses the first hotel that I stayed at. The location couldn't be better. The staff was so very friendly. There were so many good restaurant choices. The room was very spacious in my room was always spotless upon my return.

I like how fresh the food and the hotel smells and I did not like how far I had to walk to my room.

We stayed only 2night 3days. When we checked in around 4pm,was too crowded (may be over 120-130 peoples on the line) Room was great, clean but when we took a shower… was NOT HOT WATER before go to bed. Next day I called front desk and you sent Meintenance guy right way (he was nice guy worked hard) but only 30 second later water was not NOT HOT ENOUGH AGAIN. We did not get hot water 3DAYS. My friends visited first time to AMERICA all the way from JAPAN so I feel so bad about this experience. Can you imagine we went the Grand Canyon and Hoover dam 11 hours tour then waited hot tub and hot shower but no hot water?? Sorry, I’m not going to stay Paris hotel next time. Was great visit except hot shower and tub.

Aside from the above. I paid for an upgrade being a corner room and my only view was rooftops from nearby buildings and the reflection of the sphere to the Hilton windows. Terrible view for a more expensive price. No room service available. I wanted breakfast for my husband on his birthday, a special occasion and the reason we went to Las Vegas. Won’t stay here again. I liked the Ivy text service for needs like towels and toiletries needed.

The staff and cleaning ladies were absolutely phenomenal! They were all so kind and easy to interact with. The room itself was nice and well put together. However, some prices within the Paris hotel's stores and restaurants were highly exorbitant for common items. Such as water or even a single cookie. We also experienced fluctuating store hours, mainly for Le Journal, without any notice online or physically within the shop. This was incredibly dissapointing, as we were looking forward to grabbing a few more souvenirs before our trip ended. The door of the shop said the hours were from 7am to 2am. By 10pm on Wednesday, April 16th, the doors were shut and lights turned off. On google maps, I found the hours stated 10am to 12pm. And on the Paris Hotel website, the hours stated 9am to 11pm with the store being open 24 hours from Fridays to Sundays. To summarize, this was a big let down and a little irritating to navigate. Overall, we loved the staff and experience, but hope for a bit more transparency for pricing and shop hours in the future.

They allow pets, which is fine if they’re used to travel. We got stuck with dogs that barked at any little noise they would hear for the last two nights.

Spent 4 nights with 2 kids (11,7) at Paris. Booked the cheapest room and upgraded to the Executives Suite at the Versailles tower which is a little walk from the Paris registration but you get used to it. Total worth the extra for the upgrade as we are facing the pool, Eiffel tower and part of the Bellagio fountain. The room is huge with a round table and a soaking tub, 2 separate sinks as well. 65 inches TV. The room is a little dusty and although it is a newly renovated room, you can see the wear and tear already. Also, they dont have a clock in the room at all. I had some problem connecting to in-room wifi on the second and third day and luckily got it fixed. As i mentioned before, since it is a little far away from the original Paris, you are actually closer to Horseshoe hotel where we ended up going in and out more often then the Paris entrance. The elevator going to the pool wasn't fixed until the last day which suck. The pool is also quite cold for swimming so the kid didn't really enjoy it too much. Overall, central location so you can't go wrong. Overall, this hotel sits right at the middle in term of price point and luxury level. Go up to the Eiffel tower for a visit if you can, the view looking at the sunset is amazing.
