Beautiful hotel amazing location

Good location, average on everything else.

Requested early checkin in advance at a cost of $50 since flight arrived 7am and checkin lines were outrageous for family that arrived prior afternoon. Took qr code to kiosk as instructed to check in shortly after 8am. Kiosk said room not ready and to enter email so they can contact. No email by 1230 returned to kiosk at 1, same process again entered email. 3:49 pm received call from front desk room ready...back to kiosk for keys 8 hours after original request. Disputed $50 charge but they claim room was ready. Not sure why the kiosk did know but unfortunate they choose to keep the fee for service the didnt provide. Be wary of early checkin process.

I really like the location of Paris-middle of the strip. It’s a big hotel, but it’s not as large as Ceasars Palace or Belagio. I don’t feel like I’m lost and the amenities are great:)

I booked Bordeaux room, but they gave me Versaille room (different tower).

The servers on the casino floor were few and far between. While playing it could take 40 minutes or more to get a drink - and not a single one of them was friendly compared with the other casinos we visited. There’s nowhere in the building or within a 5 minute walk to get a cup of coffee for less than 8.99 for a small. None of the on site restaurants are reasonably priced for eating ANYTHING. We literally had to travel to other hotels for food. One night when desperate we bought packaged sandwiches for $13.50 each at the “convenience” spot near the elevators. The daily “resort fee” is ridiculous since you pay extra for everything. When leaving they tried to charge us $25 for checking in early even though we didn’t check in until after 8:30pm - claiming the charge was warranted since the room was READY for us at 1:30pm. Having worked in hospitality and customer service my entire career I was genuinely shocked at the way the hotel is run. You cannot ask anyone on the floor where things are because NONE OF THEM KNOW. If they really want to be able to charge as a high level product they should at least provide moderate services. Would I recommend this hotel to others? Absolutely not unless they make some big changes. All staff should be trained to know where things are, the resort fees should actually reflect something being received, and some reasonably affordable food options should be available - especially for people who are mobility impaired. And wash the windows.

Amazing room and amazing view. Good customer service. Casinos kinda small though

Overall the property as a whole was very satisfying

The check-in process was very frustrated. The app option Fido not work at all and the process took one hour an 20 minutes.

Parking charges seemed greedy considering other hotels have free parking

The room was not cleaned fully there was dirt in the bathroom and what looked like phlegm in the tub.
