I booked a corner room at the Bordeaux tower. When we checked in around 11 pm, we were given a room farther away at the Versailles tower (used to be the Jubilee tower at Horseshoe). We were upgraded to a suite so I cannot complain. The room is huge, very clean and well maintained. It has a view of the High Roller and the Sphere. There are several dining options in the hotel and around the area. The casino was crowded, just like all the other hotels we visited on the strip. Shopping is just a walkable distance away. Love the experience.

Very nice property, my room was clean but very dusty. The view of the Eiffel Tower was beautiful, except the windows were so dirty, I couldn't even take pictures or enjoy the beautiful view, they need to clean windows more often, what a waste of paying extra for the view

Great room and view. However, our TV didn't work. It took 2 hours to get that taken care of. The soda machines on multiple floors were out of order. And lastly it was much easier to go to the Horseshoe Casino than our own Casino. Half the walking distance.

Didn't have a TV remote for 1.5 days. It took six calls to get one. Room was dumpy. Their snack bar system requires that it be plugged in, but I need to use my laptop and there is no room to plug it in unless I unplug the snack bar. I never took anything from it. I told them this but refused to credit back the $50 charged to my account. It was the first and last time I'm staying at that property. DONT'T GO THERE.

Staff were not attentive if they do not get tipped every single time they were rude and purposely ignored my family on several occasions as well as I noticed others getting ignored for service on purpose
