The grounds were very well kept. Most importantly we didn’t have issue with the smoking patrons and the smell associated with them unlike many of the other hotels. I would’ve preferred a more real time response for items left in the room. The hotel does have an area where patrons can file a claim for lost/left items in rooms however for assurance it would have been great to have a same day response. Overall the Paris Hotel is one of our top picks!

Our stay at the Paris Hotel was excellent. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, and the location made it easy to get anywhere on the Strip. The variety of restaurant choices was impressive and added to the overall experience. All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely return.

This property was sold as the Paris Hotel. It was more like the Horseshoe property versus Paris. I was with a disabled person and the walk from registration to the Horseshoe was long. Had we known this was the case, we most likely wouldn't have stayed here. This was my 4th time staying at the Paris and unfortunately, this will most likely be my last due to the uncertainty of what you're booking and where you're staying.

Self check in was easy at the kiosk. The hotel room was clean and had cute decor fitting for the theme. The staff at the coffee shop was very nice and friendly. The only downside was the smell of cigarettes in all common areas. Not just in the room or the elevator, but definitely as soon as you enter the hallway.

Amazing hotel! Amazing customer service! Amazing location! The hotel is fun with a beautiful restaurant and pool! The staff really make you feel at home. The rooms are clean and cozy. I will definitely stay here again!!!
