The only negative was the restaurant in the hotel. We waited for 15 minutes for service and left the restaurant

Great place to stay in Center City. Very convenient to the convention center via an indoor walkway. Lobby is spacious with a lot of seating. Bar offers a variety of options. On the main floor is a market that is open from 6:30 am - 11:30 pm.
Staff is available and helpful especially the housekeeping staff.
Only negative is there can be a long wait for the elevators when the hotel is busy .

Excellent stay, excellent service, attended a conference there a couple of times. The rooms are beautiful with many features.

We chose the hotel because it had an indoor pool. Never in a million years would I have thought it wouldn’t be heated, but alas It was NOT heated. Way too many homeless and vagrants around the property. That’s more a Philly issue, but it makes the area unsafe after 5-6pm

The “heated” pool was ice cold. Pool area was outdated and definitely not a nice experience. The kids couldn’t even handle going in gif more than a minute! Also disappointed that the bowling ally is only open on Fri and sat- that amenity was one of the main reasons I booked. Definitely would not stay here again.

Your 13 Restaurant was poor. You need a better restaurant. Just contract with IHOP and replace whoever is running 13 now. Food was bad. Service was poor. Only good thing is that it’s convenient,

Perfect location and quality hotel for what we needed it for. Extremely spacious room and easy access to Reading Terminal Market, the Convention Center, and Philly landmarks! We traveled for the Love Run Half Marathon and it was a short walk to the start line.
