It’s a great hotel to stay at for the concert venue.

We had a fantastic stay! The bed was super comfortable, and the location was convenient for everything we wanted to do. We especially enjoyed spending time in the casino—it added a fun touch to our trip. A couple of small things could be improved: I really wish the room had a full-length mirror. I ended up using the reflection in the wall art for outfit checks, which wasn’t ideal. Also, the music at the pool wasn’t quite our vibe. Still, those were minor issues in an overall great experience. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, and fun!!!

We had a great stay at Planet Hollywood. The location is perfect being right across from the Bellagio with a crosswalk right there to cross Las Vegas Blvd. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. So my only complaints are as follows, but none of them were enough to ruin anything for us, but still worth mentioning: 1. Check in at the self check in kiosk told us our room wasn't ready yet at 6:30pm when we arrived. Since we wanted to see a show we needed our room, so we went into the check in line and the staff person was able to give us our room. Not sure why the kiosk couldn't do it, so it was pointless. 2. We selected a room with a view of the strip, but the windows were basically unusable to see through. They must have had a big sign or poster on the outside of the hotel over the windows and they failed to remove the residue on the outside. So our view of the Bellagio fountains would have been amazing if we could have actually seen them through these windiws. That was perhaps the most disappointing part of our stay. See pictures. 3. Not the hotel's fault but the music and street noise at this location was loud well into the night (3am). 4. Lastly the elevators were a headache. Sometimes it would take several elevators before one opened up that wasn't full which took a long time. Allow enough time if you need to get up and down during busy times. Overall still a great stay and I would stay there again.

It took 3 rooms to find one that actually had everything my reservation was for. Also the cleaning staff was ok but didnt do everything we asked for. We needed new bedding and towels and toilet paper when they were supposed to clean and all they did was change the bedding and towels but no cleaning ir toulet paper.

The room was clean and a generous size. There was some wear and tear on the furniture and some wall scuffs that I wasn’t expecting. The toilet flushed when it wanted. It was a bit noisy at night but I brought earplugs so that helped. The casino floor was pretty and I loved all of the crystal lighting. I also liked the variety of food options and the Miracle Mile shops. The daily resort fee was a bummer as I never went to the pool or used housekeeping. The WiFi was bad. It hardly worked. So not happy to pay for it.

They didn't warn us that they were going to turn off the water.

They upgraded our room but the room was dirty in the bathroom and the desk had sticky crap all over it. The fridge smelled funny and the windows were so dirty you could nearly see out

Wonderful customer service and very clean all over the hotel. Such a nice fresh scent in the hallways and rooms.

Clean hotel

It was ok until I didn't have no water on the 1st night. I had to wait until the water comes back on till the next day. All they offer me was bottle water. I couldn't wash up nor take a shower.

Very nice staff, friendly and efficient. Easy check out with kiosk saved time. Enjoyed a nice view of the sphere from our room.

Centre of Vegas strip, good size rooms, reasonably priced, comfy beds.
