We went for the Big Ten Championship game and this place was only a 15 minute drive to all the festivities for a fraction of the cost. It is simple and no frills but safe and clean.

The room was decent, but property is dated & not kept up well. There was a mini-fridge in room. Breakfast was limited with waffles, biscuits & gravy, bagels, coffee& juice. Eggs & ? was always empty & not resupplied even when requested. No elevator. The few restaurants in the area are hard to find.

This was a very inexpensive stay. Bed was comfortable. Floors were all smooth--no carpet, which is a bonus as far as cleanliness. The bathroom floor felt kind of sticky. The bathtub had gashes in the bottom of it--towels looked really skimpy--we opted to not even use it. Breakfast provided options--biscuits and gravy, waffles, but it was unattended and tables needed to be cleaned off and some supplies needed restocking. Desk clerk was friendly and attentive. It seems like the facility has been updated, and they have done a reasonable job.

The pictures look great. In actuality, it was gross I checked for bed bugs, exposed the mattress which was yelow and red stained all over. Pillows all were grossly stained. Dirt on floor, in corners, in bathroom, sides of furniture, crusty stuff on the walls. Only a sheet and very light coverlet on bed. No blanket. Towels tiny and scarce. For had to be pounded shut. Weeds overgrown outside. Looks abandoned. I would not recommend this filthy hotel.

The only thing in this 'hotel' that was slightly clean was the main lobby where you check in. The hallway was dimly lit and dirty. The door to my room was jammed and had to put your shoulder into it to make it open or close. The entire room was disgusting and nothing was clean except MAYBE the bed. Stains on the walls, floors, shower tub, lamp, chair, couch, etc. The paint was peeling in the bathroom and exposed the mold building up below it. There was also a floodlight outside my window that flooded my room with light so I couldn't sleep. The breakfast was pitiful, the choice was an apple, stale cereal, or microwave a nasty biscuit. Also, the room was dirty. Walls are disgusting. The only thing that was adequate about this room was the TV and I will not be staying here ever again. Water fountain in hallway had mold growing around it.

Came up for the Indy 500. Saw a lot of fairly negative reviews. We were just there one night. Compared to the reviews I didn’t feel like it was that bad. It wasn’t the cleanest, kinda had some weird smells but nothing I couldn’t get over. 3 miles from IMS made it pretty convenient. We’ll probably be back again next year.

The place should’ve been shut down. It looked like an abandoned building with holes all in the parking lot. The grass was grown up all over the property. The bed sheets, comforter, towels, and floor were all dirty sticky and nasty. They only had 1/3 of a toilet paper roll in the bathroom. I had to go ask for some and was just handed 1 roll not even wrapped up. The mini fridge was on top of another mini fridge not plugged up. The shower water was ice cold and only got lukewarm after my husband then end of my shower. It was a total disappointment and only good for being close to the racetrack.

Absolutely the WORST. We didn't even stay at that pathetic excuse for a motel. We tried to get reimbursed but they wouldn’t let us. Side door was boarded up. There wasn’t a car in the parking lock which made us feel it was unsafe. The front desk attendant was RUDE. I wouldn’t allow my worst enemy to stay here. I’ve never seen a worst situation in my entire 66 years. If i could rate you a negative 100 I would. What a disgusting pit of a place. I’d be embarrassed to be associated with this piece of xxxx. You stole money from us like thieves. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

This hotel was awful, we booked it months ago for an upcoming cheer competition, when we arrived it was showing permanently closed on the website, but was clearly under renovations. The front desk informed us that we had to let the water run for 10-15 min for hot water. The room was dirty, we went to target to get clorox wipes to sanitize the room

Upon looking this hotel up on Google, it shows as "permanently closed". It was open, but should be closed. The few rooms that are rentable are cobbled together and in very poor condition. Every single wall and baseboard needs to be painted. The floor is new laminate, but not cleaned. Our feet and socks were black! The toilets were working, sort of, and the front desk person told us to let the water in the shower run for 15-20 minutes before showering to get the hot water running?!?! What a waste of water! The 2nd floor was under construction, with several shady people coming and going. In addition, the rooms are not clean. It is in a very poor, scary part of town, with trash everywhere. The police were at the hotel 2 times during our stay. Across the highway is a walmart, but not really any other recognizable food establishments. A gas station is next door to the hotel, and that was our saving grace! They had a super friendly cashier, and had every snack we could have wanted. At the hotel, There is a breakfast of biscuits and gravy served each morning, eggs, sausage and a couple of other cold items. It was basic, but fine. Each room is given exactly 2 thin small towels, and we had to beg to get 1 or 2 more. The front desk person was nice, and tried to be accomodating, but he was the only one there most of the time and running it by himself. The cost was $100+ per night! and I would not stay here again. I am running out of space, but I could go on and on with my review.

As soon as I pulled up to this location, I was nervous. It’s in a sketchy area in a lot all by itself. There were barely any cars in the parking lot. As soon as I walked in, I got hit with a gross smell. I asked the front desk agent the occupancy of the hotel. He just responded “15”, to which I said “percent?!” Without even looking at me, he rudely says “rooms”. How I’m supposed to know the hotels overall room count is beyond me. After that terrible interaction, I walked down a filthy, smelly hallway to my filthy, smelly room. There was dirt and other stains on the walls, alarm clock, furniture and TV. One comforter had white stains on it and both had cigarette burn holes. It was literally one of the nastiest hotels I’ve been to and the front desk agent was rude. I took lots of pictures and went back to the front desk to immediately check out. The pictures of this place are deceiving! Do not stay here unless enjoy fowl smells and questionable stains!
