Everything was just fine.

This hotel has a few things to recommend it - location, included breakfast, indoor and outdoor pools, and price. The property is a little dated. The outdoor pool hours are "variable". Breakfast was plentiful, with offerings for everyone (please add grits). The outdoor dining space was never set up and the interior space is limited. Our balcony was really only half usable because one side had the air conditioner exhaust blowing on it. It also overlooked a car dealership's lot and repair garage. Our room was spacious with two distinct living areas, two televisions, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The room safe didn't work. The bedside lamps were three-way lamps with one-way bulbs, making it necessary to push the on/off switch several times to achieve on or off. There seemed to be a leak somewhere in the roof or wall along the bathroom and dripping could be heard during rainstorms and showers. Probably the most egregious of all the problems was overhearing the staff discuss and mock a customer who had called to complain about her acommodations after her visit. I found their behavior to be rude and unprofessional as they stood at the front desk having their conversation while the custmer was on hold. I easily heard them while seated in the breakfast area. I think this property would benefit from some remodeling, a deep cleaning, and some new staff members.

Everything great . only issue was my reserved room given to someone else. longer check-in time. they accomodated me. very apologetic.

It's just a cheap hotel. It's really a motel instead of a hotel. Room doors all exit to the parking lot. The indoor pool was right outside our door. They built a lean-to structure on the end of the building to create the indoor pool. A/C in our room sounded awful, like it was dying and about to burst into flames. It never did, thankfully, and it was still cooling, but we decided to go to another hotel for our last 2 nights. I guess I should have known for only $100 a night. It would have been fine for 2 more nights, most likely, but we wanted to stay somewhere nicer for our last 2 nights.

The stay was good, however the reservation I made was supposed to have a sofa, but it didn't.

Our stay was nice and comfortable. Wish I had of knon there was a $35 charge for pets each night, non refundable. Nice hot tub and two swimming pools one inside and one outside

The rooms were plenty spacious with exception of bathroom being kinda cramped. 2 tvs 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. My daughter slept on couch and son slept in another since they had 2 tvs. My only real issue was the sofa bed was NASTY, and brought this up to hotel staff and they kinda brushed it off as "well we dont rent the rooms out for the sofa bed option so thats why they arent cleaned regularly" the pool area was nice breakfast was ok but limited seating for the amount of guests. it was good for a family of 4 and was ok for our 2 day get away

Everything was good, faucets ran constantly, back sliding door held together with zip ties. Elevator sounded like it was going to crash something banging on outside. Just not in good repair.

The air conditioner did not run properly....always on and off on and off. Needs updating. Couch, very old. It was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Great for the price, stayed for volleyball and it was cool

Definitely needs some upgrading. Tiles in the ceiling look like they are ready to fall, lighting is dark, the shower head was at my husbands chest, water wasn’t super hot. Service was great, things like sheets were clean but overall I wouldn’t stay again.

Bed linen and bathroom were dirty. Pool had unattended children that were using squirt guns to spray non pool guests. When something was said to the front desk they said we were the 4th guest to complain yet the children remained. Provided breakfast was less than desirable with undercooked meat and cold eggs.

Carpet is sticky. Never dared to take my shoes off

We loved the hot tub in our room. We will stay here next time.

Great Place to stay! Love the indoor pool and hot tub! Along with the amazing continental breakfast!

Older, room remodels shoddy. Was clean. Reserved a hot tub room. Hot tub did not work. You get what you pay for.
