Front Desk staff was very nice. Decent breakfast. Carper in room was dirty, like it hadn’t been vacuumed, there were also fingernail clippings on the carpet. Shower wasn’t very clean, dirty shower curtain.

The room was not clean we found blood spots on the bed covers, in the shower, and on the window, and the hair dryer didnt work. There was almost never someone at the fron desk. They were always outside smoking and it was alway loud out in the hallways at all hours of the night.

You get what you pay for. There were a couple of used bath cloths hanging in the shower rod, the bed sheets were wrinkled and seemed not to have been changed before our stay. We could not connect to hotel’s wifi and after complaining about weak signal, we were told that their Wifi does not like iPhones.

Nice location right off the main strip of east wenatchee. We booked last minute and were able to get checked in quickly. Our room was comfortable. We enjoyed having the 3 queen room option. A couple downfalls was the cleanliness as far as bedding you could smell a men’s cologne after sitting on one of the beds. There were some paint chips missing throughout the room. With a remodel and better bedding changing habits this hotel would be a fantastic budget friendly hotel. Staff was great! Breakfast was great.

Liked that the 3rd bed had a separate room. Staff was friendly. Walls need painted, sheet had small stains and there was left over to go food in the fridge.

Our company stay four night in this property and we got tools stolen and we park behind our rooms, but we talked to the manager and they said they can see anything the location that was the truck located so they cannot do anything we are not going to be in this property never again just letting you guys know what’s going on in this property

He estado en otros Quality inn y tods muy limpios, pero este ha sido el peor hotel en el que alla estado, las sabanas manchas, cabbellos en las almohadas, el piso lleno de residuos de comida, la corina del baño toda llena de sarro, fue espantoso, lo unico bueno fue la persona que esta en front desk muy amable y accedio a cambiarme de cuarto, cuando el primero que me dio estava todo sucio, el segundo tambien estava sucio pero menos que el primero

Room was not clean. First day of check in "I changed all 3 beds linen, clean toilet myself, just horrible. No kind on cleaniness at all, need some of my money refunded.
