The room was quiet and clean. However, the casino area smelled strongly of smoke. Plus the one functioning elevator was a little scary. I think that is an area that needs some attention or replacement.

The smell of smoke was a lot not good take kids to, room wasn’t that clean still dirty. Had to disinfect before bringing my children in!

The hotel is definitely not smoke free like it claims. Right when you walk in the front door you are hit with a strong odor of cigarette smoke and marijuana. When asking staff where the registration desk was they were rude and snappy. The clerk at the front desk was very slow. The hotel itself is very out dated. My room was on the fifth floor and it still smelt like smoke and skunk

The property and staff were great. My only complaint was that we brought our dog and went out for the evening. We received a call later in the evening saying that our dogs were barking and that we were not allowed to leave the hotel without the dog. We only had one. So we left where we were at to head to the room. Nowhere in the pet policy was it stated that we couldn’t leave her. While we were in the room, we heard other dogs barking throughout the day and night and nothing was done about that.
