This place was perfect. Our family stayed the night after a party so we wouldn't have to drive all the way back to WV. It's not sparkly new, so if that's important to you, go somewhere else. But for me, travelling with children, I'd rather be somewhere clean that already has a few dents and scuffs so I'm not too on-edge. Fridge worked great, beds were comfortable. We were there on a Saturday and it was not too noisy or anything. Very sweet people working. Walked to the diner and grocery store the next morning at a leisurely pace, because check out was NOON!!! Would def stay there again.

The room was very nice, there are many dining options within walking distance, and the Roger Carter Community Center (swimming, exercise room, basketball) is approximately a 10 minute drive from the motel. The motel is also close to I-695.

The room was the most nasty thing you have seen. I deserve a full refund and have pics of the condition. “Bedbugs” was carved into the door. Roaches were in the cabinets. The shower didn’t work. There were cigarette burns on the tub and toilet. Make this right

The entire experience was terrible not only does the hotel not offer what’s displayed, it’s also dirty, moldy, filled with roaches, dirty linens and an awful smell. Furniture in rooms are broken and old, bathrooms had holes in the tub and the hotel had a lot of crack heads and smell is just musty. No customer service at all, had to go to the front desk several times about our room and ended up checking out before our initial checkout date.

Dirty with tub not draining bed had a hole in it the size of a person pillows were dirty and smelly drug bags all over the shelf’s left came back and lock was locked from inside the one for security that can only be closed from inside staff we’re unfriendly room was moldy also lights in bathroom and sink area was flickering because of broken switches was hazardous two towels for a 5 day stay there was more like mirrors had smearing on them and not cleaned the guy snatched the room card out of my hand when checking into my room

We couldn't stay. It was awful. Pictures on the website is extremely deceitful. This hotel should not exist. Absolutely horrific. Never done a review before despite my wide travels and stay in various places all over the world. Had to do this one.

Lobby clerk was incredibly helpful. The room was basically clean and safe with the exception of the tub. It was old and permanently stained black in spots due to over use. It needs to be replaced.

It was terrible after 8 hour drive to this hotel I thought I could get a nice sleep, but nope I get room for me and the kids and both room were dirty. They didn’t change the sheets or pillow. I ask to get a new sheets and pillow to the front desk, but he said the cleaners have everything, so I couldn’t get new sheets.he said to sleep in the dirty bed and in the morning he will bring be new sheets. This was unacceptable so I told him to cancel the room and I looked for another hotel. Now they trying to charge me one day even though I didn’t last 2 minutes on the dirty room.

This place is 1 sneeze away from being condemned (if its not, then it should be). Its very outdated, filthy, moldy, funky and no place for a family. After observing the area its located, i understand why its kept in that condition, but i believe it should still be presented with a certain standard of care. I do, however, appreciated the friendliness and professionalism displayed from the lady at the front desk.

It was absolutely disgusting.
Walked in after check in and immediately walked right out. Apparently when I booked it, it said non-refundable, don’t remember seeing it, so didn’t get my refund.
Don’t recommend booking though. Awful. Cigarette holes in covers, bad smells, other rooms are ajar and just overall, gross.
