I stay at this hotel every time I come to Provo. It is conveniently located, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is good and the food at Ruby River (the attached restaurant) is excellent. Definitely a good place to stay.

At check on in front desk person was working on a side business she was promoting to guests. There was broken furniture laying around and stacked on top of each other for guests to see. We got to the hotel room and it had not been cleaned and looked like someone was still staying there. They quickly moved rooms but the room we were moved to had broken curtains so never got truely dark. There was no water refill station and the breakfast was not great. The last night I was in the hall and saw a mouse by the ice maker.

The only thing we liked was the tiny bars of soap.
I was shocked to see drug use in the parking lot. The room was very dated. I could feel and hear the springs in the bed just laying down on the mattress. The hotel has seen better days.
We will not book at this property or even recommend in the future.

It was great in price but both rooms I got had a bad smell we had to spray the rooms. Bathroom was nasty and had mold in the shower had a slip Matt suppose to be stuck at the bottom but holds dirty water under it. Just looks run down.

It was conveniently located right off the freeway. It was obviously an old building but it was nice. The pet fee was a very reasonable $10.00. Friendly front desk staff!

Let me first say your front desk staff upon check in was amazing she was very nice and seen to all our needs. The first room we were given 205, air conditioner did not work, the molding was coming off the walls, the tissue box in the wall was falling off and the mini fridge was froze. We were give a second room 206, air conditioner and fridge worked but the room was so dated and the mattress was broke down, but still much better then the first too

This hotel is old and not well maintained. The water in the bathroom sink clogged and drains slowly. The bathroom door handle is falling off, base board connecting the carpet is missing in some spots, carpet needs cleaning. I refused to even try their breakfast. Also the shower runs really slow, low water pressure.

I was looking for a bargain that had good ratings based on comfort and cleanliness. That’s all. And it delivered. I don’t care that a property shows its age if it is fully functional. I stayed on a Friday night and my room was quiet; the AC and shower worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The pool looked nice and was getting used. I was out of the hotel before breakfast, so I can’t speak on that, but Village Inn is just down the street if hotel breakfast isn’t your thing.

The room was dirty. There was a spider on the pillow. The ac didn't work. There wasn't anyone at the desk to check in and after waiting for 15 minutes I called the hotel and then waited another 15 minutes for someone to get there. Probably one of the ickiest hotels I've ever stayed at

Great location. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good with decent options. The hotel was definitely dated and the tub seems grody. But we had a good time and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg.
We ate at Ruby River and it was good.
