This was my third visit and it was another amazing stay. The location is perfect for all the things I wont to do in NYC and surrounding area. The staff is knowledgeable and taught me some tricks for riding the subway. the room was great and the view was amazing. I hope I can continue to stay in the room I had this visit.

Attended a wedding here and stayed one night. Facility is clean, property has a modern feel, view from the balcony is great! Long Island City has plenty of dining options but nothing was walkable when we decided to look for breakfast nearby. The event space and staff were excellent.

Looks a lot better in the pictures. Very dated and rooms smell of stale smoke. Bed is ok, cleanliness ok. Its very noisy due to poor glazing in the windows and location.

Hotel was just ok. For the price, I do not believe it is worth it. There is not much around the hotel - 10 minute walk to get to coffee etc. I did not find it very clean. If you get put on a ground floor room you should ask to move - they are very dark as you cannot open the curtains because they open to the street.

The property is very modern and nice. I think the rooms were nicely decorated and everything felt very comfortable. Two downsides was the wifi didn’t work at all and when visiting front desk they were unable to resolve this. Additionally the toilet needed maintenance several times and there was no unusual usage so it just had issues on its own. For the modern feel of the room, it was a little disappointing that tv was a bit smaller than other hotels.

Places on a ground floor room that fronted onto Vernon Ave
Couldn't have curtain open as people could see straight in
Noisy at night with cars and sirens going past.
Staff were nice.
Room needs an update as some tiles in bathroom were about to come off the walls, shower and toilet doors were sagging off hinges and sink plug didnt work
If you are staying here, keep.in mind that public transport is at least a km walk away (I knew this before coming)
No dining on site within a couple of blocks

Great hotel, beautiful room with amazing views, comfortable bed, BUT only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because of the sleeping situation. The noise from the outside was so loud the door might've well just been wide open. We slept combined maybe 2 hours due to the noise. Those doors need to be looked at. So that was a big bummer.

I booked through Expedia and they lied on their website!
The room I booked showed a balcony which I only booked this hotel for the balcony. Said there was a rooftop bar/restaurant and I was excited for that but of course once we got there both were not true. The staff told me it had been closed down for months but Expedia won't correct it on their websites.
I only gave two stars on certain things just because of the area of the hotel. We aren't from NY so we didn't know a lot but this hotel is kinda away from everything. We walked to try and find a things to do in the evening and there wasn't much. There was a lot of closed down buildings, big trucks abandoned parked on the streets, a lot of trash laying around.....felt like we were in a sketchy area, but to make it clear the hotel and
staff at this hotel were very nice, our window would not lock so they put us in a better room which was way
bigger.
The only real complaint I have is with Expedia....I booked this place for certain things they showed that I paid for and they were lies. I'll never book through Expedia again.
