i checked in late around midnight but i gave them an advance call regarding this. No one was in the front desk for 10 minutes? maybe staff was sleeping behind the wall.

Unfortunately we arrived very late and were ready to sleep immediately upon arrival but as I was getting into bed I noticed a sharp object in the bed to find glass and short hairs in the sheets. We had to ask for a new room which was slightly cleaner. Should’ve asked for a refund as I was deeply disturbed by getting into bed with glass

It was a ghost town. I felt bad but I could not stay there, once I looked at the room. It looked so rundown, I figured they needed the money. so I didn’t complain and didn’t ask for refund. I just scooted away.

For what I needed (place to sleep and shower/dress the next morning) it was fine I was surprised there was no elevator (i was on 2nd floor). Also, the signage for where to drive to get out of the property wasn't that good

This hotel had very nice and nice.Spacious rooms was clean and had a microwave and mini refrigerator. My only issue was the seedy looking people hanging out around it.

Many years ago when the place was the Dutch Inn it was a nice place. My room was reasonably clean and that is the only good thing that I can say about this place. OK, I liked the location right off I-295, but there is no sign that you can see from I-295 and if you guess the wrong exit you will find yourself wandering through parts of South Jersey that you never knew existed. Mind you that I lived nearby for 36 years.Things that I really did not like: The parking lot surface is barely drivable. The passageways in the building are dirty and dark. My room was reasonably clean but the carpet was old and there was a giant water spot right above the toilet. There was barely any water pressure in the sink. The front desk looked like it belonged in a flophouse and one of the desk clerks had an attitude that made it clear that she would be more at home working in a flophouse. Sullen and nasty. This place has convinced me to never stay at a Red Carpet Inn.
