My go to place in Batavia. My only issue was having no soap in the hand soap dispenser and very little shampoo to wash my hair.i just have to bring my own in the future

My husband and I stay here every weekend we absolutely love the staff we look forward to the breakfast every morning I definitely recommend this place out of all others in Batavia New York to stay at

The hotel was basic but clean and maintained. Based on reviews and price we paid I knew it was a simple hotel but met our needs. We were in room 219 and heard traffic all night long so request an even-numbered room which faces a parking lot. Breakfast was simpl .but good - scrambled eggs and sausage, waffles, muffins and toast, oatmeal and cereal and fruit.

We had a good time but the only problem was when a lady started screaming for help in the middle of the night. It lasted for about 15 minutes. It is hard to go back to skeep after that.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the VA home and because of its price. It was fine. We only had two issues: 1) the bed pillows were hard as rocks and 2) the shower receptacles (shampoo and gel) were empty.

We had some trouble the first night with the front desk being a bit rude. It had me worried that it was going to be like that the whole way through, but every interaction with other employees after that point was great. Our experience did have some hiccups, but the compassionate and warm demeanor of the employees helped ease away that stress.
The rooms had light cosmetic damage throughout, which is to be expected in a hotel that allows dogs. There also appears to have been remodels that were done hastily on the rooms at some point. Everything was clean, comfortable, and functional, though. So I don't see it as much to complain about.
The location itself is what you'd expect from an inn in a small town. A lot of department stores are nearby despite this, and it was 30 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go, no matter the direction.
While you can find nicer hotels, this one is a reliable one with [most of] the staff being the friendly difference that I think is a harder pressed thing to find.

The front desk in the morning and overnight are amazing they're always there to help even if you need an extra towel at 2:00 a.m. don't forget to enjoy the breakfast it's always fresh and the housekeepers are amazing she went beyond what she needed to do

I previously wrote a review stating that I wasn't happy about all the noise and a neighboring room the front desk addressed the situation quickly and I again am a very happy satisfied Red roof customer I will be returning next week the staff is amazing the beds are comfortable the rooms are clean the breakfast is fresh I guess you can't help how other people act while they stay I would definitely recommend giving these guys a try for your family vacation

Friendly staff, clean, well maintained. I had to take my mother to the hospital for a procedure and we had to leave at 6:45 am. The front door and the rest of the parking lot was already plowed before we left. It snowed heavily the night before. The breakfast was decent everything was fresh. The hotel was very quiet. Peaceful atmosphere.
