Enjoyed our stay. Staff was welcoming and helped us to check in early as soon as room was available. Rooms were clean as well.

The hotel is well maintained and very clean. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was large and well appointed for anything you needed. I rate this 5 stars and would stay here again. There are just 2 things that I felt could be improved.
The bar was closed during our stay due to no bar tender which I wish I had known ahead of time. We had selected this hotel as a central location with the intention of family joining us to celebrate our daughters graduation and having a few drinks the night before but unfortunately we couldn’t do this.
Secondly our bathroom was a wet room, the central drain was useless and as soon as you shower the bathroom fills with water that doesn’t drain away. The bathroom is somewhat unusable until the maid comes in to mop. Even using all our towels each day to mop the water up it wasn’t enough. If this bathroom was used for small children or people with disabilities I feel this could be a slip hazard.

The valet parking service lost our car keys after having hit the gate when giving us our vehicle and when we asked about it they then told us there was nothing they could do about it.

If maid service is every other day, the room should look and feel as it did when I checked in. Towels were not hung, no shower mat, no make up remover, no refill on in room coffee, creamer, etc. on day 2. It is day 4 and the room looks like check in. I'm aBonvoy member and the TV never displayed my name. First it was Kari, now it's Myriah. I was not able to turn on the TV when I first arrived, some loose wire/cable issue after changing batteries in the remote first only to learn that was not the reason the TV didn't come on. This visit was much different than in the past. I'm wondering if management has changed or if they don't have the same maintenance and service standards.

I did not realize the close proximity to the notorious Methadone Mile. Although I was not accosted by homeless individuals, the rampant drug use was readily visible.

The room was very nice, spacious. Breakfast choices were also good. However, housekeeping was inadequate. Room was cleaned on request, however, linens were not changed and had to be rerequested. Also, property location was very noisy.

Stay was fine. Only downfall is that they mandate a valet and walls are paper thin. I heard all traffic outside, views weren’t great and we got complaints about our toddler walking in the room for “stomping”.

Great hotel and amenities. The kitchen was stocked with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, stove top, dishes and a dishwasher. Great for families. The location wasn’t the best, but not bad. A little south of the touristy parts of Boston, and about 1/2 mile from the closest Transit, but there’s a couple of bus stops just outside the hotel.

We stayed there for three nights. It was close to northeastern University campus. Dining options are within walkable distance. Also there’s a grocery store within walking distance. The rooms are clean. They have a full refrigerator, microwave, oven plates, glasses, and a full kitchen.
