Rodeway Inn & Suites South of Fiesta Park

The bed are on the floor there no frame , it smells so bad and nasty . The walls are dirty and carpet are outdated, there people outside homeless walking and knocking on the doors . Looks like a trap house where people hang out at . I didn’t feel safe not one bite . There was a gunshot into the walls .

Worst hotel ever. Can't believe their on a website

This place looked nothing like the pictures! Rooms were dusgusting!!! Mold was all over the ceiling, bugs on the bed and door lock was completely missing!

I found roaches in the couch and there was a dead one on the counter nextbto the bathroom. The room itself did not get cold.

Was dirty, main door of the room was broken and available for anyone to come in.. cockroaches all over the room. I didn’t stay there and I ended up going to a Confort in. I want my money back…

Well when i got there they took a while to find my reservation then she asked for a card to hold a $50 deposot. Then when she sent us to our room it was horrible like you could smell the mold as soon as you open the door which i am allergic too. Then you could see water stains on the floor. The second room she tried was just as bad, woth a broken kitchen drawer. I had surgery so i needed it to be clean so i wouldnt get abd infection or anything

Pool is empty, both rooms had roaches, no coffee machine or microwave in my parents room but mine did.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I know that you get what you pay for but this place should not be open. There’s no restroom in the lobby, the area is unsafe, roaches live in the rooms. The bedding had stains, the towels had holes and stains. I checked out after only one night first thing in the morning because I felt unsafe and dirty after using the shower and sleeping in the bed. Thankfully management did give me a partial refund with my early checkout but I couldn’t get out fast enough

I didn't like that the pictures don't match how the place looks now. There were roaches too. The tv picture was terrible also.

Terrible, furniture was tore up and everything was dirty

This hotel was extremely filthy!!!! I can't say much about the staff because I only stayed one night. I arrived late at night after a long flight so I was kind of tired. I checked in, got my key card, and went to the room. Upon entering the room the first things I noticed was a dirty sofa and a dilapidated kitchen seating area. I put my two luggages on the floor and went to use the restroom. The tub had large portions of stained porcelain and areas where the white color had been rubbed away. I started to get ready to walk out and just sleep in the car. However, I decided that idea may be unsafe so I figured I'd just ask for another room in the morning and just sleep for the night. Even that was a bad idea. When I woke up in the morning, I tossed the blanket off, and a sock fell to the floor. This told me that the staff isn't changing sheets, but rather remaking the bed after checkouts. Disgusting. I no longer wanted another room, I wanted to leave. I immediately packed up and checked out. Hopefully, I get my money back from expedia because since I booked 3rd party, the hotel couldn't immediately refund me.

Roach infestation

The rooms were not clean. There was mold on the ceiling and stains on the beds. We did not feel comfortble using the shower due to its condition. The couches were stained and ripped. A small bottle of shampoo was provided but it was half empty. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it reeked of cigarettes.

Bathtub was moldy and pealing. Door didn't shut. Toilet was hard to flush. Large rip in couch cushion and very dirty. Refrigerator/freezer was iced over. No light over kitchette sink. No paper towels in kitchen. No electricity near beds. Breakfast was baren. No juice. bad coffee, wafflemaker broken for all 3 days (go to Walmart for a new one?) Front door difficult to close.

When I entered the room, it was smelling like hell, I turned on the AC and left the room for few mins, it was good after that, I kept my food in refrigerator and guess what it was not working and my food was spoiled. The morning snack area was also not good and bathroom has no water.

Staff was very nice and helpful,, facility was just old
