everything on the property has been very under maintained and the unsightly repairs in the room look like they have hired crackheads for really cheaply done repairs.

We didn’t end up staying. It was that bad. I made a reservation for a ground floor, non-smoking room with a king size bed with a living room area and kitchenette. The room I was given when I arrived had a queen sized bed, no sofa or kitchenette, and it had been heavily smoked in recently. They offered a room with two twin beds instead. I’m too tall for a twin bed. Then, they offered another room that was on the third floor, no elevator, and no parking anywhere near the room. I’m a lifelong sufferer of degenerative arthritis (shoulder, hips, knees, ankles, and spine have nearly no cartilage left. Walking hurts—period. Climbing one flight of stairs is problematic. Two is prohibitive. We had to leave. Roadway has refused hotels.com’s attempts to get us a refund, even though they didn’t provide what I paid for. We had to go to another hotel. So, we ended up having to pay for a second room, but like when something similar happened with a competing travel website and the service put us up at a different hotel at no extra charge. They didn’t depend on the hotel chain to make it right.

Homeless and criminals are allowed to stay around the property day and night ! Poor management !

Anything necessary in walking distance

Very dirty room. No trash can. No fresh towels and it was a non smoking room but it reeked of cigarettes. The hotel itself was crawling it less then desirable people. I understand this is a cheap hotel but I’d call it a crack house.

Everything bad

The hotel was horrible. Aside from no comforter and towels, the floor was dirty and warped. A piece of linoleum was broken and sticking up creating a tripping hazard. Tub was filthy, the comde quit working. Fixtures were either missing or broken.

The property is located rear I very high location near a lot of drug activity which is unsafe. The refrigerator and microwave are in the restroom they didn’t have any hot water. Is was there for a survey next day and had to have hot water for pre operation surgical procedure and they did not have any. I left because I didn’t feel safe and because of the water.

Unsafe area, the hotel was dirty, the floor, the sheets. there were people doing drugs outside of my room door. I don’t understand why this is an option on this site.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Nothing but problems with this place. Check in online said noon attendant said 1 then back tracked and said 3. Had 3 rooms and didn’t get the last room until 5:30!! They tried to charge us an extra night! This review is just a nutshell. Like I said DO NOT STAY HERE AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS!

Waited 2 1/2 hours to get our room ready which was still dirty… wiped it down several times looks like they never deep clean their rooms. The room smelled horrible and the tub did not drain properly.

I supposed to stay for 2 nights but I can't because it so dirty dust everywhere microwave had food splash all over bug in toilet peoples live rhere scared me look like a cracked home. I have to spend $450 more to left to las vegas that my next stop and it's expensive because it Friday. The only i would like to asked for is give me money back because it's not worth to pay for.

Needs to be renovated

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE THAT I HAVE TO LEAVE A HOTEL AND REQUEST MONEY BACK, THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY DIRTY, THERE WAS NOT TOILET PAPER, WE DECIDED TO LEAVE BUT THEY OFFERED US ANOTHER ROOM, IT WAS BETTER BUT THE AIR CONDITIONING WAS BROKEN, THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS DISGUSTED.

The property was a little scary. Homeless people were all in the parking lot area beside the hotel. Our door was really hard to open and close. The covers had stains. The bathroom had pee on the floor. When we first went in the air freshener was so strong it burned my lungs. The mattress under the mattress cover was very stained. I barely slept because I was nervous that the car would be broken into. Management was nice.

If you only want economy lodging, it's ok. Only 2 tv channels, sketchy area with homeless living across the street.

Friendly staff, excellent mattress, very worn room but adequate, great price.

Arrived to find out my orbitz.com reservation was not in their system and i ended up having to pay almost 3 times as much as the original booking. Rooms were not complete no trash cans or lamp shades and there was something stuck to the sheets by my feet. Do not recommend this hotel EVER!!!

This place was a total dump not a garbage can in the room not any Kleenex in the dispenser. I sat on the bed and it broke and fell to the ground and I only weigh 200 pounds.

The room was dirty. When showering black chunks came up out of the shower drain. They never cleaned the room. I asked for more towels and toilet paper and got told they were busy.
