The property is beautiful. The condo was clean & very nicely decorated. The view of the bay from our condo was beautiful. I didn't like that we couldn't park our motorcycle near our room but I don't blame the resort for that, I blame loud Harley riders.

The Luau hallways are dirty and worn out looking. The toilet needs a new flapper valve as it ran all night. The bathtub is higher than normal and a safety concern especially for older guests. Disappointing for the price.

We had a blast. The property is spectacular! The only issue was getting around with the shuttle…. If we were going somewhere outside of the regular resort spots.

I recently booked a room online for a stay at one of your properties from April 30 to May 1, 2025. Upon entering the room, I discovered that the bed had been previously used. Furthermore, I heard a noise and opened a closet door to find what appeared to be a motor, possibly utilized to operate adjacent rooms. Although your property's online presentation is impressive, I was disappointed to find that my request for a beach view room was not accommodated, instead receiving a room with a wall view. My husband and I returned to the check-in location to report this issue, and the front desk agent was visibly surprised, promptly reassigned us to a new room, and requested that I email her the photographs of the bed to share with her manager. Having driven five hours to reach your property, we were expecting a relaxing stay, but instead, we experienced significant inconvenience in securing a clean and satisfactory room. In light of this unfortunate experience, I kindly request that you provide accommodation to rectify this situation.

Dated. Not clear on getting around the property. It’s supposed to be non smoking but it appeared someone had been on the balcony before my arrival. Ice machine on property but no ice bucket in the room. If you’re desperate to find a room, I’d recommend but if you’re not, DEFINITELY GO ELSEWHERE.

Sandestin itself is absolutely gorgeous. The beach was amazing. The tram was so easy to use to get around. However our condo was on floor 2 of Beachside 2 and our balcony overlooked construction. They were putting in a new pool which is great. But a heads up that the property was under construction OR the request to move is was granted it would have been a 5 star stay.
