Maricruz was the first person I met and she greeted me well and took care of my needs well. Danny, Felipe, and the valet manager (didn't get his name) we're also helpful and offered great care with my concerns. The hotel itself is nice but it would have been nice if the pool and jacuzzi were inside the building or at least the jacuzzi. The bar was scantily stocked but it'll get you by. Overall I'd stay here again.

Convenient travel to and from LAX, once we found where to jump on the shuttle. But that’s the airport’s problem.
Staf was friendly and site was clean no strange smells in the room, a bit dated but not bad.

I love the customer service and the environment, the only thing that I would change is that there is no parking in the property is a third party parking company that is not convenient for the property or the guest, I don't mind paying to park on property feeling more safe, then have to walk a block to get to the hotel,

$75 valet seems greedy and a very poor customer experience. Parking is $25 but not a safe option at night with the lot block away in a questionable area without visible security/patrol.
Hotel is nice but somewhat dingy and outdated. Surrounding area is not an area to walk around at night but very close to airport.
For a nice tier hotel, they chose the cheapest grade of Kleenex and toilet paper and no clock in room - again, not focused on customer experience.

Close to LAX and nice rooms. Helpful staff. My only complaint is having a shower that didn't drain. Hotel did fix it while we were there. Would stay there again. Btw, off site parking is just behind the property and about 1/2 the cost of valet.

Typical older airport hotel. Rooms are nice, clean. Public areas ok, but a tile and carpet deep cleaning is needed. Ok restaurant. The Marriott purchase affect is obvious.

Horrible horrible rude service at the front desk!!! Why do people work in customer service if they dislike people???
The valet was so kind, as was the restaurant staff. Room was very clean!
