Extended our stay the night before, was informed in the morning we needed to change room. New room TV didn't t work and took over 2 hours to bring a differet TV.

The hotel was mediocre overall. We were checked in an hour late and were charged for water bottles we never used. Parking was a steep $20 per hour, which we were not informed of in advance. The beds were uncomfortable, although the housekeeping staff did a good job. Some front desk staff appeared disinterested and were not particularly helpful.

My go to when I stay in San Diego. Not a crazy nice hotel but nice enough to feel clean and comfortable in. The restaurant has good drink and food options and the rooms are fair and clean. Tamara at the front desk is always a pleasure to work with. She’s very professional and accommodating within reason. Thank you Tamara

Charged $500 for a smoking fee even though we did not smoke. I will never stay at another Marriot hotel for the rest of my life. Such garbage. I’ve never felt more personally screwed by a corporation than I do right now. $500 for what? Cleaning up a smell that DOES NOT EXIST??? GROW UP. Anytime I am looking for a hotel I will make sure it has nothing to do with Marriot, I would rather sleep in my car for a week than spend a night wondering if they’re going charge me $500 for nothing. I will be telling all of my friends and family about this and anybody else who will listen. So stupid. Front desk people were nice though!

Nice clean hotel. Bed was comfortable. House keeping service every day. Room faced the freeway and was noisey from frwy traffic, but not too loud for me to fall asleep.
Hotel restaurant had a good breakdfast buffet, about $25.
Only Wendy's and Denny's within walking distance.
