I had a lovely stay at this property. Great pool & wonderful garden with fountains.
The front desk staff was over the top kind & generous. I was having surgery while there & was given a beautiful upgrade !!!

Loved this property we go to San Jose monthly and I would consider making the drive to stay here, lovely room, clean updated. The pool is the focal point, everyone seemed to be having a great time, cocktail's offered off the pool area along with food, which was REALLY good we got sliders which were cooked med and juicy as well as the Caesar salad that even had a hint of anchovy! Fun upbeat atmosphere really enjoyed we were there for a soccer game at Stanford and were able to walk, parking was inexpensive as well.

It was bit noisy. Cleaners were always speaking suuper loud. Doors were being slammed loud and I could hear the toilet in the next room.
A lady was passed out on our floor for over an hour. Nobody came and I ended up bringing the security.

Staff from the front desk was very helpful with my earlier check in, my room was very big and clean, of course comfortable as well. Everything is so nice including amazing food. Very quiet, especially air conditioning, surprised me. Close to shops and Stanford University.
