I liked the availability of clean towels and provided laundry detergent. We had trouble with the television more than once and with no one on site to fix it I had to figure out something myself. Also limited channel selection. Otherwise an excellent stay.

Really good property and space. Super quiet considering location.
The games room was nice but shame not connected. Gym looked good but didn’t use it. Location was fantastic.
Most staff really nice and on site which is way better than another Sonder I have stayed at. One member of staff fairly grumpy!!
Confusing parking in the area so wouldn’t recommend driving.
Property very clean and good facilities. Beds very comfortable and sofa beds comfortable too (other Sonder I stayed at was so uncomfortable so was worried about this one).

Hidden gem tucked away in quaint historic area by the Chesapeake ans Ohio canal. Great coffe ans breakfast spots close by (say cheese and Baked& Wired) just down the block from tons of great shops and restaurants. Great location!

I love this place and usually try to stay here as often and possible. But this time the A/C didn’t work in my room (I could never get it below 79 in the room). Most dissapoiting was response to not being able to fix it: offer to let me leave and not charge me for 1/3 of my nights? (See pic). My only option was to pack up all my stuff and book another hotel last min? Way too costly so I just slept 3 nights in 80 degree room.
Seems like they could have at least offered me a different room or a full refund for all nights it didn’t work. Just made me feel like they didn’t care about me or my business at all!

Great location for DC. Lots of good restaurants near by. Great walks through George Town. Easy to get uber into the city and to from airport. They have lockers for luggage you can leave if you go into the city if it’s past, or before, check in/out. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable for me but ok for my wife.

Okay place to stay for a short time. Kinda overpriced for the quality I got. It’s basically an old apartment building converted to a hotel. Washroom looks really old. Also, the windows are old and you can hear everything from outside. Our room was not quiet at all.

I liked the quiet "off street" location for this hotel and it's kitchenette option. It's a lovely location convenient to all the Georgetown shops and restaurants.
I liked the ease of getting into the room with codes and I liked the larger size of the room. I liked the actual bed and bedding and noise machine. I liked using the iron.
I didn't like the atmosphere/feel of the dining area and living room. It just seemed bland with very little color. Everything was gray. There was one tiny throw pillow on the couch and one semi-comfy side chair.
The kitchen was quite sufficient, but I would have appreciated a Brita or filtered water option.
The bathroom fan was very loud, but it worked.

Not too far from foggy bottom metro. Be prepared to do some walking if you are doing the tourist sights… that could be a feature or a bug depending on your activity level. One bedroom unit was spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

The app made check in easy and we loved the digital key option. Bed was super comfy and the accessible supply closet was nice. We didn’t love that there was no ice available at check in (had to make our own which takes several hours). Also, the location of outlets made it very difficult to have devices charging and available at the bedside. Some kind of lamp with usb/plug in on the bedside tables would have been very helpful. The shades on the windows have a weird gap that meant achieving a dark room was impossible. Finally, it was so warm in the rooms (we stayed in April!) that we had to run the air conditioner anytime we were in the room - it was very loud and disrupted sleep.

Everything was as i expected, especially the kitchen which is very important to me. I enjoyed my stay.
The two issues i had are that the room is noisy, from all kind of water, electricity and venting from the inside while there was also noise from the construction outside.
Second is the toilet, which i found to be less suitable for men, when the water is so high and close to the edge :)

Very comfortable 1 BR apartment with balcony. Only caution is that you will use stairs for one floor. Very good communication with Sonder. Whole process was smooth and largely self-service
