Great location. Easy check in check out. Clean comfortable room. Excellent value!

The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. the kitchen was very well stocked and a local grocery store and many dining options were very much welcome.

Really great experience for my 3 day trip. The apartment was very clean, cozy , and comfortable. Loved that the room came with a washer dryer as well. We can't wait to be back ❤️

Why stay anywhere else? Honestly! Huge rooms, comfy bed and pillows and really quiet (I was on the 5th floor). Good location if you don’t mind walking a bit and secure luggage storage if you need to check out earlier than your flight!

Full apartment and more cost effective then downtown hotels. Easy walk to tons of activities/dining. Seriously, nothing to nit-pick.

The sonder is amazing, always clean, many amenities provided with toiletries & dishware, coffeemaker w/ coffee provided :,). And the apartment sized space for a hotel rooms price cannot be beat. Thank you!

Nice apartment style living, full kitchen. Good location to interesting sites, subway, dining, entertainment. Oddly placed light switches, lots of street noise from 10 pm to 1 am...but ear plugs are provided. Property delayed my check in time, irritating since they offered early check-in for an upcharge...but no reciprocal refund for their delay.

We had an inside room, which was very nice the window opened to the courtyard, eliminating most of the traffic noises you would hear in a big city. We appreciated that there was security at the front door. The hotel is located downtown with access to everything, parking was very limited.

There was a slight problem with our room when we checked in but the reception clerk found us a new one in minutes and so no harm done in the end.

The property was very difficult to find, as it's not marked well. The parking situation is frustrating to navigate, so guests need to be prepared to pay large fees and drag suitcases along the city streets to and from the parking garage. The property is located in an area that is incredibly noisy all hours of the night. There's a marching drum group that is traveling this area of the city left alone to make loud invasive noise which is so disturbing. The windows didn't fully seal in our room, so the noise was powerful all through the night and very little rest was had. We were booked for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Our girls slept on a sofa couch, but we had to request bed pillows which didn't arrive until the next morning so they had to use couch pillows. Our bed had poorly fitted sheets that wouldn't stay fitted to the bed. The sheets were a mess and uncomfortable. When I booked the room, I thought I was booking the room that had the attached photos to the room description. Upon arriving it wasn't what I had expected with my booking. Make sure you're looking at photos of the correct room when booking.

Good location - close to convention center, heart of Philadelphia, area restaurants and bars, cheaper than area hotels, kitchen, train from airport is close. Very noisy outside (see above - area restaurants and bars) - didn't bother me and ear plugs provided, but be aware. Small - good for 1 person or 2 cozy people.
