First time at a Sonder property, and from now on this is all I will book!

Amazing apartment. Very comfortable and great location.

O apartamento era bem espaçoso como nas fotos, confortável, tem os itens básicos de cozinha e bem localizado. O que não gostei é que não teve serviço de limpeza e retirada do lixo ao longo da semana que fiquei hospedada.

The loft apartment was great. It was very spacious and nicely laid out. Beds and the sofa bed mattress were very uncomfortable and smelly.

I was not able to check into my stay until about 3am. I arrived with the wrong code causing the delay, and it took about an hour for the security ti get in touch with the receptionist. The desk hours are from am to about 10pm, and there was no one there for quite a while. Very unhappy with this, but the place was great itself and very clean

The room was very nice, it came with a kitchen and a separate bedroom. It might have been an apartment at one point and changed to a hotel and got renovated. The floor was dirty when we got inside and the bedroom sheets were not that clean. Overall a good room, just needs to be more clean.

Great value and convenient location!

This was just a perfect stay! Love the place, the ammenities and the location was perfect. Lots of coffee shops around, local restaurants, super close to gayborhood, which we enjoyed very much. The only thing I would recommend to the administration is to have someone at the lobby for early arrivals. Also, to explain a little better the luggage locker options available and where to find the area, just in case there’s nobody at the lobby you don’t have to wait for them to leave your luggage and continue with your day until it’s time to check-in.

The vinyl flooring was coming off in our room. Our bed sheets had what looked like makeup on the white sheets.

The process with door access codes could be greatly improved and simplified. When you talk to the front desk person, they sort of treat you like you’re interrupting them. Rooms are clean and functional. Good price for being in the city center.

Was given a room on the top floor (11) and it was incredibly quiet. We are a family of four and our kids slept on the pullout couch for one night with no problems. The only issues we had were having only 2 towels, and the dryer did not dry the clothes. It kept turning off after 6 minutes and telling us the clothes were dry. Other than that, it was a great stay and I would recommend.

Too much noise outside. Glad they supplied a white noise machine and earplugs but even so it was hard to sleep if you’re sensitive to noise

Excellent location in the heart of Philly, great room layout, and nice amenities. The in person staff were very friendly and helpful. But this property seems to have been managed inconsistently and needs more attention and active maintenance, as it seems to have been left to automated processes with mixed results, which we discovered when our toilet stopped flushing. When I first called the help number in the room (not a local area code or 1-800 number) the operator did not understand English, which did not leave me confident that our issue would be resolved. We managed to find the one person at the front desk who is ultimately responsible for addressing all needs for the entire building, including check in/out, guest room access, and facilities issues (which is too much responsibility for just one person!) to report our problem, but it was not resolved several hours later. In the evening the staff person was busy investigating an active flood on a different floor, and ultimately couldn't get maintenance to fix our clogged toilet. How can you operate a large hotel/apartment building without on call maintenance? We were offered the same room on a different floor, which at least got us a functioning toilet again, but our new room had other fixtures that were worn or broken that hadn't been in our previous room, so it was all a crap shoot. The HVAC unit had a very loud fan and did not seem capable of handling the humid heat wave conditions, and the bedroom did not have a window

Great location and staff, clean room

The apartment had great furnature and was set up great, but the bathroom was a little run down. Water pressure was not great.

Loved the spaciousness and amenities.

Loved having the full kitchen, washer and dryer. The property was clean, check in was super easy, and the location was great!
