Mary at the front desk went above and beyond - friendly, helpful, you can be proud of how she represents your hotel. We needed early check in and she was very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. The only negative is that there is not enough light in the bathroom with the mirror to apply makeup.

The elevators did not work and my husband is handicapped and we were put on second floor!! The staff didn’t offer any assistance and at times were rude.

Our room was missing soap and hair conditioner but those are miner problems. The elevators didn’t work and my husband is handicapped. The lady in charge of breakfast bar was rude when I politely said the coffee urn was empty. On a positive note the room was clean.

It was excellent at all and the only inconvenience was the mini fridge as it did not get cool enough even tough someone came to fix it and still it was the same and I had to get ice to keep some milk for children and also the air-conditioning did not get cool enough.
But it was a good stay

The staff was friendly and polite however, i was assigned 4 different rooms and all of them was dirty before the last one. I am not sure what the problem was but they keep assigning dirty rooms to me which i dont find funy.

Every thing was great as far as service and cleanliness I just wish the pool was bigger the pictures make it look bigger than what it is and the pool is very very cold wish it was a heated pool.

My family loved the location of this hotel. It sits off away from pretty much everything yet it was easy to get to places to eat. The breakfast was good. This was probably the quietest hotel I've stayed in.

The employees were super friendly. The room was strange. The bathroom was separated into the shower and sink and the toilet and small sink. Toilet area was super small. It was like being in a closet. It was extremely uncomfortable especially for plus size people. The comforter on the bed didnt fit right. It went from side to side with no overhang. Everytime I moved the comforter came off of me. Needless to say i was wake at 3:30am. The drinking cups were on a top shelf and being 5ft tall i couldnt reach them. I was going to go swimming but there were so many kids throwing basketballs atound with no supervision I didnt go. The fitness room had so many kids just hanging out yelling and being loud. On a good note the breakfast was awesome. I booked this place based on pictures on their website but the bathroom was a total surprise.
