I ised to be Platinum. So I have been in many hotels. This one was the noisiest I have ever been in. The clientele was disrespectful....banging on doors and hollering in the hallways. Sad...

I liked that it was a clean, safe place for me to stay. I did not like that the women I encountered at the desk either in person or on the phone did not seem friendly or inviting. When checking in, there was no I contact or friendliness...it was all transactional. I was there for work and had to call back and ask that my room be tidied. I was informed that if I'm staying multiple nights I could not have my room tidied and it was in a matter of fact tone. I was disappointed in that.

Room was noisy with traffic, ambulances, trucks, crazy drivers. Sound proofed windows would have helped. I am no fan of the noisy wall AC units, either. I don't understand why some company can't produce a quiet unit without lots of vibration. Staff was fine. Breakfast not particularly good. Room and lobby were quite nicely designed. Nightlight in bath too bright.

Had to call multiple times for extra blankets.
Out of pillows for the pull couch. The room had an odor to it.
There was also a party of 40-50 kids in one of the rooms which was right across our hall. The police had to come and clear out the room. We could not access our room.
