Staybridge Suites ORLANDO AT SEAWORLD by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Clean and breakfast was great

Excellent staff and friendly people try their best to maintain this hotel. However, the huge AC Unit in our room did not let us sleep for a whole week. The bathroom ceiling had a black mole, and the shower curtain was ripped when we arrived. The pool is tiny for families. We were unable to use the pool during the 90-degree weather for 8 days. The pictures were misleading when we booked this hotel, for sure. If you are looking for a big pool, this is not a hotel for you.

I love the comfort of the beds and clean rooms also close to everything! Definitely coming back! The workers were all polite 😍

Friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping to food server. Breakfast buffet was really good. Ample amount of parking. I like that they have complimentary shuttle bus to Seaworld, Discovery cove & Aquatica. Room was spacious, comfortable beds & kitchen was a plus. There’s a cvs store & 7-11 store nearby. Swimming pool was kinda small.

Went down to aquatica and seaworld for my sons biethday and stayed at the hotel ,it was very nice and everyone was helpful.

We were there a week and housekeeping did not come one time. Had to call them at end of day to get towels, toliet paper and trash out. We were out and about until late afternoon too. Ran out of breakfast every morning and did not refill and entire place needs cleaned. Very dirty.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated that they have free parking and do not charge excessive "resort" fees. Will definitely stay again!

Property was good but shows signs of age.

Good stay with a family. Has everything you need and the kitchen is a bonus.

Advised front desk the bed mattress was in terrible condition. Sunk in. The room was spacious and very well equipped.
