Staybridge Suites PIGEON FORGE - SMOKY MTNS by IHG, an IHG Hotel

The facility was very nice. It was clean and very modern. The breakfast was awesome and delicious.

Fantastic hotel! Everything was very clean. It has lots of space in the rooms with everything you need inside. Breakfast was good with lots of selections. We enjoyed how pet friendly and family friendly the hotel was. The pool was very nice also. Nice beds and clean bathrooms. Would definitely stay again.

The management was very nice, however, the housekeeping was lacking. When we checked in, there were drink rings on several tables, light trash in the kitchen trash can, a dried dirty washcloth behind the bathroom door, and someone's ear bud by the bed. I asked the front desk if the room was truly ready, and they gave us a slight discount and apologized. The bathroom door was way too big for the size of the bathroom. Everything else was good, and we got fresh towels each day. The kitchenette was nice. The TV was so confusing that you dont need to plan to watch any TV. I guess it was ok. I won't stay here again.

Had an amazing one night stay here! The hotel was clean and modern and offered a beautiful view. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfy. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town!

Nice location in the center of Pidgeon Forge. Convenient to attractions and restaurants. Rooms were clean and stocked with all essentials. The breakfast buffet was not great. Very limited choices and fresh items like fruit and pastries would consistently run out. There is a dog walk area however the grass was very overgrown and not mowed during our stay. Overall, it was a good hotel but I would consider other options for future trips.

Liked the balcony in our room, and free continental breakfast on the top floor. Lovely to enjoy the mountains abd catch the news.

Very nice stay at clean and comfortable Holiday Inn. We usually stay at Hilton and Marriott properties but will definitely be looking at thes IHG properties in the future as well. Very modern and clean, nice stay!

Can't say enough about this property. The entire staff are great and Precious will def make sure any needs are met! We will be back!

everything was great. my husband walks with a cane and has a hard time getting around so it would have been nice if we had been offered help with luggage coming in and leaving. The whole area says it is handicapped friendly but we found that it is only partially friendly so we did not get to do a lot. however, the view of the mountains from our room was worth it.

Was greeted each time as we entered the doors into a big beautiful social Space with large tv & fireplace. Always had fresh coffee and some type of yummy fresh flavored water to get at anytime in lobby. Staff was so amazing, pool area was great ( loved the frog water tree for kids (or adults) plus the fire piece to warm up by if needed in the pool area. The Hot breakfast food bar along with many other options also available was all Amazing. Great view could eat inside or out on a Beautiful deck area with another fire piece. Everything was TOP NOTCH.. We give this place a 10🌟 plus on Everything. Quite and easy to get to all the places. Beautiful clean hotel!

Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Very pet friendly which was great! Convenient to food, shopping, shows and attractions! Overall was one of the best experiences we’ve had at a hotel!
