Disgusting

We’ve stayed here about 6 times. It is our go-to for stay-cation. But this time was terrible. Check-in is at 3. We showed up at 3:15 and room wasn’t ready. He took our number and said he’d call when it was. We took our tired crying kids somewhere to try and kill time. Waited an hour and hadn’t heard anything. I called them myself and they said “oh ya! Your room is ready!” They never called like they said they would. The tv in our children’s room wasn’t working. Called the front desk and they said it must not be programmed and there’s nothing they can do about it but that they’ll look into it and call us back. But of course they never called. Unprofessional and rude.

Hotel was very clean. Room was very clean. The only issue I had was that my TV didn’t work. So it was very hard keeping my two children entertained once we had to be back in the room.

The customer service representative was rude during check in. Worst experience ever!

Loud above our room at night and morning. Many young kids in jumping into the hot tub when we were sitting in it. Manager came in and didn’t say anything. Very few gluten free options at breakfast-not even cheerios. Ran out of fresh fruit said were waiting for more to be delivered. Disappointing!

We had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed our stay at this hotel. I like the room; it is comfortable and feels homey.

We love this hotel. This is our second time staying here and we’ll definitely be back. The room we get fits our family great and is very clean and spacious. There isn’t a lot to do that’s close by. But it’s still in a safe area.

WE were impressed with the amenities in the room, and everything was clean and new. Breakfast was very good, and I would stay there again.

We love the 2 bedroom suites. We were very disappointed that the hot tub was down. We ended up taking the kids to the YMCA. They need to let their guests know ahead of their stay if the hot tub is down.

Great hotel! Very clean, the pool was the perfect temperature, and the breakfast was good.
