You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cleaning fee: USD 299 per accommodation, per stay
A damage deposit of USD 500 will be collected before check-in.
• Resort fee: USD 39 per accommodation, per night

The front desk is open daily from 9 AM - 6:00 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. To check in, go to 5700 Midnight Pass, Suite #2- Auth. Hold of $250 at check in. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 5:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.
