I Like the fact that the service was amazing. The receptionist was very Professional and Friendly. The room was very clean and smelled good. Also i was able to park in front of my room. Let me not forget the receptionist was able to get me a room on the furst floor because of my ankle. That really means a lot to me. I will be returning to this location again.

I paid with credit card at reservation, 2 months prior, they needed a card to verify upon arrival, showed them my debit card, and was specifically told no charges would be charged, since I had paid, I was charged 137 and change, and of course could not get anyone to help me resolve this charge :(

Pillow was mismatching n bed was not done on our second night staying there… sheets had blood stains on them. Need new shower head not enough pressure.. ice machine was not working

Overall mostly very good. People would line up on the balcony to smoke. Like most people we are allergic to tobacco smoke. We were hostage in our room waiting for the smokers to leave on at least 2 occasions.

I realize this is an economy hotel, but there were rust stains in the tub, grime around the tub drain, the towels were frayed and some had holes, and there were cobwebs above the bed. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly.
