Super 8 by Wyndham Corpus Christi

The room was infested with roaches and the restroom was dirty. The hotel reeked like cigarretes.

Of all the sh*ty hotels I've been to, this one is the sh*ttiest. The bed was horrible, the mattress felt like an old futon that got thrown out by a crackhead, and they decided it was good enough to use. The bathtub looks to be straight out of a meth head's trailer, complete with rust stains and mold. The A/C is loud and obnoxious. The walls, look like they haven't been painted since the Clinton administration. The TV doesn't work either by the way. Would I recommend staying here? Put it this way, if I had to choose between staying here again, and having a raunchy threesome with Whoopie Goldberg, and Rosie O'Donnell, I'd consider the threesome.

The room smelled like mold, tub was nasty , the fridge and tv didn’t work . The ceiling had a leak. The sheets smelled it was overall a 0

Lots of gnats in the room. Very noisy. Toilet was sweating. Smoke alarm is non-existent. Water leak in restroom ceiling which I assume was coming from upstairs room. Told lady in front lobby about gnats, and she said she would let someone know. People from both sides of our room were up late and arguing... seems like they live here. 100% no smoking or pets...yet saw lady next to us smoking and a dog coming out from another room. Our room smelled of smoke. Lines on TV as if someone previously dropped/broke it

The air conditioner was noisy.Door to the restroom was hard to close pool was not open

Very great people just a little loud on the weekend within 10 minutes to north beach breakfast was pretty good self serve no one bothering you while you eat great service 10/10 recommendations also pretty close to a handful of gas stations.

It’s ok just the management is not in same page and very not willing to hear customers out and already have there mind made up about not treating the situation as a serious thing

Bathroom was so dirty and breakfast was not good quality

it was disappointing to say the least. we weren’t expecting a 5-star hotel, but to be greeted with blood stains, burn holes, hair all over the towels, broken furniture, dirty toilet, and dead bugs in the room, jarring. We were able to switch rooms for the one night and leave the next morning but the second room was just as bad if not worse. if you absolutely need to stay there, i’d bring your own towels and disinfectant. still waiting on a refund. lol.

Easy check in convenient and clean

The door to our room would not latch properly. We had to force it with our shoulder to get it to latch. The dead bolt would not lock. Employee told me just slam it hard. The bed was very hard. We were only given 2 towels and no one told us how to get more. The clerk wasn't available to ask. The breakfast was cereal and white bread toast. One waffle maker. Bathroom was dirty. Dirt and hair in the floor. The room smelled of mildew. A/C was loud and furnishings were broken.

Nothing..

There were 3 Cockroaches in the bathroom. The room was old and filthy. There were mothballs in each corner of the room to mask the odor. The table was held together by a splintered piece of wood across the bottom. As I placed a bag on top of the nightstand, it leaned to one side. I decided my family and I would not stay there. As we left another cockroach ran across the inside of the front door. Some of the residents of the hotel appeared to have been there for quite a while as there were seasonal decorations on some of the doors and ring cameras on multiple rooms.

It was convenient and cheap for what was needed. There was trash left in room from previous tenants, parts of the roof on the walkway were missing or damaged.

The room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like smoke as soon as you walk in. There was stuff to make coffee but no coffee pot. They only had 2 pillows on each bed. I’m glad I brought my own. The bathtub had been painted, so every time we showered or took a bath (kids) the paint would flake off. And the bedding had burn holes in it. Plus, they charged an additional $50 incidentals fee when I got there. That’s not mentioned at all on the description. On a positive note, the ac worked great. Kept the room a pretty consistent temperature.

It was a decent

Asked for non smoking. Opened the door and. Smelled like mariguana . Burn holes on the sheets. Flickering lights. Smoke director was not available. Brocken.

Cable didn’t work and there was someone’s leftover food in the microwave still so that was definitely a surprise. Area was okay and a decent place to be if you just need a cheap place for the night.

Staff was helpful and courteous. The free breakfast was decent. The bed had old dirty sheets that smelled like cigarettes and bad breath, as if they were never changed, just fixed up after previous guests. Thankfully we took extra blankets. The area did have some homeless folks around, but none that bothered us for anything. I would probably spend a few extra bucks and try for a better hotel next time.
