Super 8 by Wyndham Eddyville/Kuttawa

The front desk lady could have been friendly and i know i i reserved a 2 king size bed room but got 2 queen and was told i was wrong. They knew we would be checking in late afternoon but didn't have the room cooled down. It was miserable hot til early morning. We left it on full blast with the bathroom vent going to draw it threw the room after we were told the air was working fine just give it some time. We decided not to have breakfast to opt for a big lunch later. But it looked okay and the place was clean.and tidy. The only other thing was someone brought in some kind of food the second night that smelled of garlic so strong and for several hours it was overwhelming.

I think that it was a really nice comfortable stay there. Would go back

No hot water in shower lukewarm

Everything was great the staff. And the location was even better. It was right next to the water park.

Very nice ladies at the desk. Sign says vending and ice but they don’t have a vending machine. Other than that it was very clean in the room. Located right in front of a RV water park also!

The room smells awful. It is dirty. There is white powder all over the chair. The pillows are dirty. The floors aren’t swept. The drawers are dirty and have particles of something in them. There is stuff left in the cabinets from another guest. There is also something spilled on the couch that wasn’t cleaned up . They would not refund my money

The breakfast was a joke, coffee,tea, waffles and white and wheat toast. They had 2 different cereals but no milk. I know eggs and protein are expensive right now but have some fresh fruit, yogurt and protein bars. Also noone was at the desk when I wanted to check out another guest came by and we were there for about 10 minutes and she finally went looking for her.

At first I received the wrong room but they quickly fixed it. I had booked a 2 bed queen, I received a king. So hold onto your information until checked in. But they fixed it and was very nice. The room was clean. I was only there 1 night but the desk clerk was friendly.

Clean place to sleep, basic but met needs

Everything was good. A great Fish restaurant across the road from Super 8. The motel had small breakfast but it would get you back on the road.very nice, clean, great price.

The property was clean and neat. The staff were professional, but not overly friendly. The biggest thing was that the property had not updated there room descriptions. The room that I booked was not the room they gave me and I ended up having to the make up the difference for the room I thought I had already booked.

Property is not taken care of. Presents as something down on its luck. Got a suite. Had an LVT floor instead of carpet. So we had to keep the kids quiet. Floor had sharp cuts and bubbles. Couch bed had multiple broken springs.Power outlets in the hallway were hanging out of the wall. Outside cement was disintegrating and looking very shaby. Breakfast showed online as having hot things like eggs, but only had toast, waffles, coffee and milk. (juice machine had a post it note that it was not working) Sorry to be so negative, but this place was not one i would have picked if it was represented correctly online.

This was a very nice property for a small town. It was comfortable and very clean.

Thought I booked a room with a jacuzzi based on the pictures online. Once we got there, I was told that the third party I booked with was wrong and that I actually booked a handicap room, so I would have to pay $50 extra to get the room that I thought I paid for to begin with. This is a tiny "hotel". It does not have an elevator, and the management seems to live there. The room was infested with ladybugs, they were everywhere and got in our clothes and bags. We were on the second story and realized that the windows opened with only a broken screen between us being inside and outside. When I showed them the pictures I personally took of the window, she told me those pictures were taken of another hotel and that I found them online. "Not their hotel."When it was late and the kids were already asleep, I realized that the smoke detector was not on the ceiling, and it was actually laying on the desk. We went downstairs to tell someone and at that point we just didn't want to get blamed for it and lose our deposit. The bed was nice, and my son did enjoy the jacuzzi, that was the whole reason we came, so I let him sleep. The next morning, they went down to breakfast and the pancake batter was spoiled, the apple juice was spoiled and when I went down to tell them, her husband came out of the room behind her and started yelling at me. I wasn't asking for a refund, but they assumed I was complaining to get something, so that's how they dealt with me. You could not pay me to return.
