Super 8 by Wyndham Miles City

It was annoying that the main property sign had a sign under it about an indoor pool which influenced our choice to stay but it was not actually usable or on its way to usable. It was like a storage area. The toaster was broken.

Convenient location, friendly, pleasant staff, efficient check in. Room was clean and had what we needed for an overnight stay. The hallways, stairs, carpets were pretty worn down and needs updating. An overall good experience tho!

Nice friendly staff only complaint bes hard

While the property itself was just fine, this location has left a bad taste. I originally booked 2 nights but found that I only needed one. When I asked at the desk if I could shorten my stay without having to pay for the second night, I was told that since it was booked through Expedia the hotel could do nothing for me and I would have to contact Expedia and see what they could do. That is exactly what I did. At first I was told of the cancellation policy, which I understood, but figured there was no harm in asking for an exception. Then the agent offered to call and talk to the local Miles City Property on my behalf. When they returned to me (after calling the hotel), they reported that the property had agreed to allow me to check out early (after 1 night) and NOT be charged for the 2nd night. Perfect! Or so I thought. I was emailed my portfolio/receipt and I had been charged for 2 nights. When I messaged and asked to be refunded for the 2nd night they cited their cancellation policy. When I reminded them of the conversation with Expedia that THEY had, they cited their cancellation policy. When I asked to at least be given an explanation of why they would go back on their word, they have gone quiet and are ignoring me. This is not a good way to conduct business. There are other places to stay in Miles City and I will frequent those in the future. I will not give my business to someone who changes their mind, goes against their word, and then ignores a client.

This was a very nice room. We had the king size bed and the mattress was just like brand new and super comfortable. Now my wife thinks she needs to have one of her own! The location is very good. It's far enough away from the freeway that you don't get all of the noise and you don't have all of the headlights flashing all night. Yet it's close enough to the center of town that all of the stores are just a very short drive away. We will definitely be staying again in our next trip through Miles City.

Older facility but acceptable as far as cleanliness and price. Helpful staff.

The beds were very comfortable! Rooms were small but sufficient for a one night stay. Semi noise was very loud during the day but it was quiet at night. Direct tv offered a lot of channels to watch. Decent price for a king size room.

The owners are super kind and helpful. The style of the room is definitely elevated with just a few simple but strong touches. My kiddo (5) was obsessed with the wall having a tissue box built in 😂

Oversold rooms so you will pay for something you will not get.

When I checked in I was informed that the hotel had double booked it's self and I was not going to be getting the room the I had reserved 5 month earlier. They did however give me a second room free of charge to accommodate my party. It would have been nice if we were near each other or even on the same floor but at least we had a room unlike my weekend before where my reservation in a different town at a different hotel was lost. Before checking in we had heard not so great things about this hotel being dirty from a friend that stayed the night before. We did check the room before settling in. Everything was fine. The towels could use updating as ours where very old looking. The plug-ins and USBs in the lamp bases did not work and the a/c heater combo was loud.

This hotel need a face lift. Very old, room was grunge feeling. Towels were yellow and smelled greasy. Bed was okay but at least the heat worked great. I would try to avoid staying at this hotel again..

Availability

The beds were great! Heater was very noisy. I definitely would not shower in the tub we had, and the toilet had pee behind the seat.

Well, you get what you pay for. It was inexpensive but pretty drab. It has seen its better days. A small table was sticky. Could not get the TV to work. Breakfast was fair. Had the waffles and 2 cereals. Biscuits and gravy with kinda gloppy gravy. Staff very nice and friendly and helpful. Basically ok for a quick overnight which was our situation.

Check in was easy with friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy with plenty of great pillows. Nice shower. Hot breakfast. We'll stay here again.
