I found it clean, customer service was real good. You tell that there is some wear and tear on the rooms but over all it was a nice stay. It was very quiet in the room, I didn't any noise from other rooms.

Where to start. Went to check in and had to use the mother of the son’s personal phone to check in. While on the phone could hear him mumbling and breathing after that got our room key. Get into the room and it has a musty smell, bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The room felt humid even though the AC was on. Went to the breakfast and the bread container had flies in it so that was a no go. The orange juice was brown and not orange. Not the best place but far from the worst I have stayed at.

Dirty bathtub mat, noisy - up and down halls throughout the night, heavy footsteps above, slamming drawers above. Sad to have to pay for a room when you only get a couple hours sleep due to noise. Do NOT RECOMMEND.

I would not stay again. It was a disappointing experience. Our first room had a horrible smell; thankfully they had another one free. The property is very worn and in need of renovation. One reason I booked was the breakfast; however, what little food they had was inedible. Tried the coffee, poured it out, tried the OJ, poured it out. Made a waffle, tossed it. I checked out and went to find food.

Although the hotel room is very outdated with worn carpet, holes in the wall, cracked tile, etc., the biggest issue I had was the odor. It reminded me of when hotels used strong room deodorizer to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke. I did not open my suitcase because I was concerned my clothes might pick up the smell. There were crumbs on the carpet around the trash can. I used the phone to call the front desk. When I picked up the receiver it was obvious the phone has not been cleaned for a verrrrry long time. I read recent reviews before booking this hotel. I am very disappointed and would not recommend!

The room was clean and comfortable. The handicap accessible bathroom was much appreciated. One problem was no available USB charge ports. A simple remedy might be plug-in add-on with additional outlets and the needed USB ports.
The bathroom vent fan in room 117 needs repair or replacement, it is very noisy.
Interaction with some of the staff was difficult due to lack of english language skills.

I requested a pet friendly room and they had one which was great, but the room smelt so bad of pet urine we had to go by spray and cleaner just to try and get some of the smell out.

Stayed here for a weekend and it was fine. The property is dated, breakfast is “eh”, room was clean, AC worked great. The young lady who checked us in was incredibly kind. It served its purpose and we would stay again.
